Elephant On The Moon is located in a quiet neighbourhood, yet close to the action. With city maps and guide books at your disposal, as well as advice from helpful staff that really knows “what’s hot, and what’s not”, you can get the most out of this beautiful city. Before a day full of new discoveries, enjoy a free “elephant's breakfast” and surf the internet with free Wi-Fi under the magnolia tree. There are private rooms and dormitories, and the fully equipped kitchen has all the spices and herbs you need for a delicious meal. Free tea, coffee and mineral water are available all day, and you can even throw a barbecue in the garden. If you decide to stay in – or just rest before a night out – there is a Backpackers’ Café in the common room. The hostel is very clean and the bed is comfortable. I felt I was in house, not hostel. The hostel owner was very helpful and patient. If you look for very clean, nice and making you feel in your home, maybe this hostel would be thing your look for. + Very clean hostel, nice, very simple, comfortable bed, good breakfast + You can feel that you are in the house. That hostel is far (not too far) from city center. But it's very easy to find bus and tramway which goes to city. I would recommend walking to city center if you like walking.

I have to admit I was a bit nervous as this was the first time staying in a hostel and as a mature couple we weren't too sure what to expect, but I am so glad we tried it. The staff were all really friendly and helpful and did everything they could to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The whole place has a really laid back atmosphere and as a first time staying in a hostel I would definately recommend it.

The people are very friendly and helpful. The hostel is in a quiet, safe suburb, around 20 minutes walking to downtown Krakow. The room is overpriced and very small. No chair or desk, only a bed. The showers and toilet are also very small. The room is next to a public living room so it is a bit noisy in the evenings. The breakfast is very simple, no fresh products, only prepacked stuff.

I liked the people working there, and the conditions in every aspect you can find there. A little far from the city centre but the walk beside the river till you reach the city center is amazing. So very recommendable.

удобное расположение, тихое место (район частных домов), транспортная доступность (6 трамвайных остановок от вокзала, 5 минут от трамвайной остановки). много зелени и цветов. номера на любой вкус - от одноместного до 6-местных. неплохой, хотя несколько однообразный завтрак. очень симпатичная и доброжелательная хозяйка, всегда посоветует куда сходить, как добраться до нужного места и т.д. я останавливалась в этом отеле не в сезон, поэтому несколько ночей вообще была одна.

Geweldig onthaal en begeleiding van de gastvrouw Aga, het gevoel om 's avonds doodmoe "thuis te komen". Veel goede tips gekregen over de stad. De kussens waren te dun/zacht

Die Betreiberin des Hostels ist unglaublich aufmerksam für die Bedürfnisse der Gäste und reagiert auf die einzelnen Gäste sehr individuell. Vom ersten Moment an. war es einfach sich in diesem Haus wohl zu fühlen.

Die Herbergsleiterin war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man konnte auf dem Grundstück parken. Es war ruhig und in grüner Umgebung.

Een erg leuk kleinschalig hostel aan de rand van het centrum in een rustige zijstraat. De eigenaresse is erg behulpzaam en de kamers hebben goede bedden. Het ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid voor hostel begrippen. Voor een paar euro is het centrum met de taxi bereikbaarl Lopend is het hart van het centrum ongeveer 25 minuten, er is ook een tram op 5 minuten lopen.
