A very pleasant, quiet, calm and elegant hotel in a historic and peaceful setting, walking distance to the main city square and with a staff that is discreet, attentive and helpful, and who seem to genuinely care abut their surroundings and customers. |

Great location, nice room. Hotel staff is extremely kind, helpful and speak good English. WiFi was free and connection was perfect. Breakfast service was extremely slow, restaurant service as well. Please note that the restaurant is run by different company. In our room it was impossible to take a shower without flooding the bathroom floor, the staff tried to help with fixing the problem, but they couldn't manage. Anyway, this was not a major problem. |

I loved the location, with restaurants, bars and the square within walking distance. A spa with massage facilities in basement was an unexpected luxury. And staff were excellent, friendly and helpful.Rooms were beautifully decorated to a high standard and beds were extremely comfortable. There were a few broken appliances and fixtures in my particular room, which rather let the rest of it down. |

Friendly staff, large breakfast, dining facilities,I only dined once outside the hotel as the dinners were excellent. nice single room, hot shower, ease of booking excursions from reception, no hidden charges.A most enjoyable stay. Nothing major but beams low in top room, no tea bags at breakfast other than herbal, luckily i had been alerted by this site re no tea making facilities in room and had brought my own! but these small inconveniences were far outweighted by the positives. |

Lovely, small quaint hotel excellently situated in the Kazimierz district of Krakow and accessible to Old Town, Wawel Caslte by foot. Staff is courteous, helpful and friendly, rooms were comfortable, free internet worked great. I'll stay there again next time I am in Krakow. |

Wonderfully located on the main square in the Jewish quarter.as such it is a lot quieter than hotels in the old city but only a few minutes walk to the Wawel and old city. Great restaurant, we had intended to eat out but why bother when the Ester was so good. ate in on one night and on patio overlooking the square on the other. We had to leave early on the last day and they gave us a super 'food bag' in lieu of breakfast. Very helpful staff and parking easy and free. |

Very comfortable stay in good location. Probably a quieter place to stay in the busier summer season than the Old Town. As usual with European hotels, there were no tea/coffee making faciliies available in the room. |
