New appartments with all the modern conveniencies, very comfortable, much space, clean. Helpful staff. Just several things: air-conditioner was not in order; as well as you should take into account that if in one appartment stay two couples, there is one superior bedroom with double bed for the first couple, but another couple should separate and sleep in two separate rooms because another sofa in another bedroom could be too small for two. But anyway: very good value for money! My frieds and me liked this place very much. |

Personeel zeer behulpzaam, maar het nieuwe appartement had duidelijk onder startziekten (defecte spoelbak toilet, defecte sproeier douche,geen zonneblinden of gordijnen) te lijden. New building, nice and clean. Nice and helpful staff, comfortable rooms with nice bathroom. The view from the room was good. No TV, telephone or radio. It is a bit far from the center /3-4 tram stops/. The appartment is very good equipped for a long stay but it is not very comfortable for 1-2 nights. No room service. |

Heel veel ruimte... nieuw (geopend in 03-2009). En gelukkig geen opdringerig hotelpersoneel. In feite heb je gewoon je eigen appartement. Het appartement is kil, onpersoonlijk. Er hangt bijvoorbeeld niets aan de muren. De keukenuitrusting is (nog?) beperkt. |

Hotel / blok mieszkalny / apartamentowiec nowy, dobrze wykończony z podziemnym garażem i przestronnymi ładnie wyposażonymi pokojami. Szybki dojazd do centrum Katowic oraz Chorzowa. Obsługa nie do końca była zorientowana w tym co jedzie sie w otoczeniu hotelu i nie wykazywała większej chęci do wsparcia gość w podstawowych usługach np. zamówienie taksówki, podanie menu na śniadanie. |
