hotel bien situé, proche des centres historiques, belle décoration intérieure,personnel accueillant,jardin très agréable pour boire ou prendre les repas,buffet du petit déjeuner très bon et copieux,restaurant convenable et pas excessif ,bureau de change dans le hall,personnel agréable et disponible, parlant anglais chambres un peu chaudes l'été et bruyantes côté rue(tramway) , tarif plus cher que lors de la reservation ( taux de change euro/zloti ?),normalement le tarif à la reservation devrait être maintenu et appliqué! |

La situation de l'hôtel et le calme bien que la gare soit proche. Un sauna jacuzzi était annoncé sur le site et n'était pas accessible en réalité. C'était un des plus pour lequel nous avions choisi l'hôtel. |

Traditional hotel with large comfortable rooms and a very good buffet breakfast. Great location for railway station and city center. Has its own money exchange counter with a good rate. Nice bar and restaurant at good prices. Although on a main road with trams suffered no noise problems. Recommended. |

Very nice hotel, fantastic location. I was on my own and stayed in a tripple bed room, I would loved to get just one double bed. |

An excellent hotel, idealy situated for a city break. The staff are first rate and could not be more helpful. The hotel is a delight. Even though the railway station is across the road, you would never know it was there as the trains could never be heard. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. |

Very helpful porters/servers.Old style decor and well kept.The proximity to the central train station and the shopping mall and the main market square. Breakfast:The syrup in the fruit salad bowl was very cloudy every morning. The yogurts weren't on ice. the kitchen really needs to learn how to fry an egg.But everything else was fine. |

The hotel was charming in old world style, very comfortable and had good service. It is in an unbeatable location for people wishing to visit the old city of Cracow. |

We were disappointed there was no kettle, cups, teabags etc in room. Asked at reception but told hotel did not supply this service. When a Polish friend spoke to reception we were given a kettle, same friend supplied us with mugs, spoons from her home and we bought in tea etc. If it had not been for our friends help our stay would not have been as enjoyable. I do like my cuppa |

we travelled in a group and from first entering the hotel we were well treated no lift which probably would be a hardship to some guests, but i think a lift would spoil the hotel |

the spa and sauna were a welcome break. the closeness to the centre it was a shame there were no tea making facilities in the rooms. otherwise it was ecellent |

cleanliness,comfort and frriendliness was super. The staff is there to assist you at all times. The only drawback is there is no lift and air conditioning. You can however open the windows for fresh air. The breakfast (free) was fantastic! Will definitely come back. |

This hotel is steeped in character, perfect location, nice bar, nice staff. Due to traffic noise you may wish to avoid taking a room overlooking the square. |

Convenient location for transport connections and old town. Very busy road and tram/ bus stop outside of room window so was very noisy - so unable to open window in hot weather. Room small (though we booked a standard room and more expensive ones were available). |

Fin atmosfære, gammeldags "stilig", sentralt i byen, flott frokostbuffé med mye å velge i, både salat og frukt, behagelig personale. Vi var to som delte en smal dobbeltseng, greit med dobbeltseng, men fordel om den hadde vært litt bredere, evt to senger inntil hverandre. Satte derfor "bra" under komfort ovenfor, ellers utmerket comfort. |

Det var en god og vennluig atsmosfære uten at noen var masete.Rengjøringspersonalet var knapt synlig, likevel gjorde de en utmerket jobb. De var ikke rundt i gangene ned støvsuger etc, ikke rundt bena, men gjorde jobben likevel, bra! |
