Great interior design in the bedrooms. Breakfast was a very good standard. A little noisy from the main road traffic but this is what you get for a central location. |

It`s been my second visit to this hotel. Since that time the new owner refurbished and redecorated the interiors. They also added fitness room and sauna. Nice bathrooms and comfortable beds. The restaurant also seemed far better than the last time - generous breakfast and great pastas! It`s a place worth coming back! |

It is a very nice hotel, with friendly staff and good breakfast. Why not mention the confortable carpet on room's floor? like walking on the moon.. We couldn't try sausages at 9 o'clock for breakfast... |

Very nice and helpful staff. Great bed. The location to the old town. Fridge in the room! No cold keeping in the breakfast (warm/melted butter, warm juice etc.) No safe. |

The hotel was very convenient for the tourist parts of Wroclaw and offered a level of comfort and cleanliness appropriate for a hotel of this type. Renovations were taking place which impacted slightly, however this was not a problem. The rooms were a good size with excellent ensuite facilitites and had all been very recently renovated. All in all an excellent base for visiting the city. As we prefer to sleep with the windows open, not having opening windows was inconvenient. There was air-conditioning however this was noisy and there were no instructions. On the plus side as the hotel was on a busy street the double glazed windows were very effective for cutting down noise. |

it was just ok, can't think of anything i really liked. Suppose it would be good for a buisness traveller. During out stay there were noisey building works, the air con was broken so it was really really hot, for the first night our room had no curtain (just a thin blind) so t was really light in the morning. However all these things will be sorted out soon so in the future i'm sure it will be fine. |

the pictures on the site didn't match with the reality, due to a rebuilding was the hotel and the rooms not clean. The staff was not really friendly and very slow. Breakfast was very poor and the rooms extremely small. |

Dålig information och ingen flexibilitet hos hotelpersonalen. Hotellet informerade inte om att frukosten serverades sent under nyårsdagen, först 10.10. Då vi skulle med ett flyg han vi inte äta frukost, de erbjöd heller inte att förbereda något litet. Mycket dåligt. |

Moja wizyta w Europeum hotel byl krutka. Jesli ktos sie wybiera sie na szybkie zakupy, lokalizacja hotelu jest w sam raz. Lodowka w pokoju byla dobrze wypozazona. Nie podobalo mi sie to, ze jak przybylismy z moim chlpakiem juz prawie ok 11 w nocy........jak weszlismy do pokoju, okazalo sie ze mamy osobne lozka. Musielismy zjechac do recepci i poprosis o inny pokuj......(mimo iz jak sklasalma rezewacje, uwzglednilam ze chce pokuj z jednym podwojnym lozkiem) Niesty caly hotel byl zajety i musielismy sobie polaczyc lozka. :(. |

Отель неплохой. У нас он был транзитный, перед Германией. Заселились поздно (после 23-00), но быстро. Номер Делюкс, был большим, чистым с хорошей и дорогой сантехникой. Завтрак обычний (без изысков) |

Czysto, przyjemna atmosfera, wygodna lokalizacja, całkiem smaczne śniadanie. Wystąpił drobny kłopot z kartą do drzwi hotelowych, zmuszony zostałem do oczekiwania przed drzwiami pokoju na jego otwarcie. Po kilkunastu minutach otrzymałem nowy klucz. |
