A very convenient location for sight-seeing,shopping, transport links etc.. A stylish, modern hotel kept to a very high standard in all ways. The restaurant was excellent for breakfast or other meals and very reasonable. Staff could not have been more helpful even offering us packed breakfasts for an early morning departure.

The hotel is very nice and well located for visit in town and business purposes. Honestly, I have idea why it has been allocated with only 3 stars grade. Most of 4 stars is a way below this hotel in terms of quality, design and service. The Restaurant is run by Chief that has been honored with many awards, well deserved. The food is modern, tasty and innovative. Each meal is a great pleasure. The hotel staff is young, but well qualified and helpful. The parking lot is quite expensive comparing to other hotels. The underground parking is so tiny that having a big car one have to be very good and experienced driver to get through the drive way down with no scratches.

Nowoczesny hotel, świetnie położony-bardzo blisko rynku.Przestronny pokój I łazienka.Miękkie, białe ręczniki. Wybór śniadaniowy nie jest bardzo obfity, ale wystarczający. Woda butelkowana płatna ! 5 złotych. Trochę zimno było w pokoju.

Lokalizacja I cena Ze względu na lokalizację, niestety w pokoju nie było najciszej (pokoj na 4 pietrze), ale jesli ktos nie wymaga absolutnej ciszy do spania I przyjezdza na krotko- moze byc. Każdy przejazd tramwaju=drgania I skrzypiące drzwi szafy.

Swietna lokalizacja. Blisko starowki. Hmmm przez 2 ostatnie dni - wydobywal sie nieprzyjemny zapach z kanalizacji. Brak lozka malzenskiego - zamiast tego dwa pojedyncze polaczone - bardzo niekomfortowe. Klimatyzacja, ktora okropnie grzala, niezaleznie od ustawienia - w wyniku czego bardzo suche powietrze + upiorny upal. I ostatnie - oferta zawierala szlafrok I kapcie w wyposazeniu pokoju - w rzeczywistosci brak takowego asortymentu.

Modernistyczny wystrój, duży pokój i łazienka - bardzo wygodne. Bardzo obfite śniadanie. Dobra lokalizacja, do Rynku 200 m. Bistro w Hotelu bardzo ułatwia wyżywienie, relaks przy wyjazdach biznesowych. Hotel przy ulicy z tramwajami, może utrudniać zaspanie w ciągu dnia. Wskazane zatyczki do uszu.

Ogólnie podobało mi się, nie mam większych uwag co do jakości usług ani też wyposażenia pokoi. Hałas słyszalny w pokoju od strony ulicy Kazimierza Wielkiegopomimo nieotwierających się, "stałych" okien, ale na to raczej nic nie można poradzić.

Die Lage des Hotels war gut. Das Europeum ist ein schwieriges Hotel. Der Service ist nicht wirklich gut und das Personal spricht auch eher schlecht Englisch, ohne Polnisch kommt man nicht weit. Die Zimmer waren nicht so sauber wie sie sein sollten, daher sind die Preise doch eher überrissen.

Die Lage des Hotels war super! Das Personal hat sich sehr bemüht und war sehr höflich! Das Essen im Restaurant des Hotels war sehr gut! Ebenso das Frühstück! Zudem war es angenehm ruhig im Hotel. Es waren nur Kleinigkeiten welche es zu bemängeln gab. Zum Beispiel war beim Bezug des Zimmers kein WC-Papier und keine Handtücher vorhanden was aber nach der Meldung an der Reception sofort erledigt wurde.
