One of the staff called Martha treated us excellent and helped prolonging our stay untul evening, smiling all the time.Also the breakfasr was good. We stayed there for 5 ninghts and unfortunately the room was not cleaned every day and the sheets did not changed properly. Hope they improve this itrem. |

All the staff were friendly and very helpful. The rooms were clean and the linen and towles were changed every day. |

Excellent quality at a reasonable price. Big room. Not recommended if you want to visit the city as it is not centrally located. There is a bus from the Hotel though. |

When we stayed at the hotel, there was a big group of young people, and at breakfast time there wasn´t enough food, like milk, bread, juice... |

room is great, like specially the coffee and tea in the room. They advertised a service that proved to be much more expensive and hotel staff was not helpful in solving it. Reception staff did not look professional and skilled, though were trying hard. Advertised services (wifi) were not working. |

Very helpful staff who are prepared to take time to give information about the city. They printed maps and timetables of of the internet without being asked to and at no charge. |
