Good price value if looking to attend the Poznan Fair. It is just 5 minutes walk to the nearest entrance. "Fancy" is a good name - the spot is completely refurbished old pre WWI house with professionally designed interior (3 different styled rooms, free wifi service). Although there is no BB service, the owner provides all the facilities and even some foods and beverages to prepare a breakfast or even a lunch (2 shops just around the house if you need something special). Full kitchen equipment provided, 4 seats inside and 2 seats on the balcony (green backyard). Baths are fancy too and very spacious. All together a very pleasant, clean, modern, upper-class designed interior. Very nice and helpful owner. If you have problems to get asleep, use earplugs - passing cars may disturb you at night (a cobblestoned street just outside the windows). But it is not that bad really. |

It's nice designed small hotel with very friendly owner Malgorzata :) "Feels like home" style with self-service kitchen and nice selection of products for breakfast. WiFi was working of course! :) They need to improve hot water supply. Pressure was weak and not stable... |

Fantastic location, 50 paces from the exhibition centre. Very stylised, very comfortable apartment, big rooms, I was in Poznan for a week and very glad to be able to spend evenings there and not be cooped up in a lonely hotel room. Also, the owners are probably the kindest, friendliest people I have met in a long time, incredibly helpful. |

Close to the Internation Fair and Central Railway Station. Attractive rooms and beautiful designed bathrooms. Fine breakfast. A bit pricy. Wireless internet didn't seem to work. |

The owner (I met the lady) is so nice! The hotel, which is accually apartmeny in old buliding, is comfortable and charming, and in very convenient localisation, quite adn safe area. The apaprtment is on the first floor, without a lift, no problem for me, but if you have big heavy luggage, you have to think about it. |

We stayed in Fancy House for two nights. The experience was excellent. It is a newly renovated flat, everything is new. We stayed in the POP room, it's extremely comfortable and the decorations are really nice. It is also equipped with wireless network (free). The flat owner, Malgorzota is so nice, so thoughtful and caring. We did have a pleasant stay here. |

Die Vermieter sind supernett und sehr gastfreundlich, das Hotel ist gemütlich, geschmackvoll gestaltet, sehr sauber und gepflegt und hat eine tolle Atmosphäre, ein wenig, wie in einer privaten Wohnung. Es gibt eine Küche für die Gäste und zum Frühstücken war alles da. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank!! Es hat uns wirklich alles gut gefallen. |

L'accueil (la gentillesse de l'hotesse: par exemple, une petite douceur vous attend chaque soir lorsque vous rentrez de votre exploration de la ville!!!), la propreté des chambres et des salles de bains (2 sdb pour 3 chambres - ménage fait chaque jour), la cuisine (réfrigérateur toujours plein pour un super petit déjeuner), la situation (proche du centre). Un rapport qualité-prix étonnant ! |
