Fancy House is a 5-minute walk from Poznań Główny Train station and Poznań International Fair. It features individually designed guest rooms with free Wi-Fi and a comfortable sitting area. Fancy House provides 3 differently decorated bedrooms with cable LCD TVs and tea/coffee makers. Each spacious bathroom comes with a shower and a hairdryer. The communal kitchen in Fancy is equipped with a refrigerator and all the necessary kitchenware. It is also stocked with basic breakfast food. Fancy House is just a 2-minute walk from Wilson’s Park with a famous palm house. Old Town Square with its many restaurants and cafés is a 10-minute drive from the apartment. Apartments: 3

Comfortable place, lovely lovely design, perfect cleanness, good position close to the Poznan fair area and very kind host/owner. P.S. Note the sheets, they have ironed edges to fit perfectly onto a mattress edges - wow!

the location was only 5 minutes walk from main station,the owner was so nice she will do anything to help you,my room with bathroom was so comfortable,the kitchen had everything you need for your stay i would stay there again.

It is very close to the International Fair grounds - about 1 minute walk to the gates. The apartment is very spacious and the rooms and also the bathrooms are very large. Each room is designed differently but all are very attractive. The kitchen has everything you might need , including foods in the fridge you can consume whenever you want. And the best is the nice owners who picked us up from the airport , took care of anything we wanted and needed , and were extremely welcoming. Fancy House is an ideal choice for you if you have things to do in the international Fair Grounds , and especially if you are a group of 5-8 people and considering renting all 3 rooms of the apartment.

Jestem w Fancy stałym gościem I polecam każdemu. Miłe, przestronne pokoje każdy w innym stylu. Kuchnia w pełni wyposażona a lodówka zaopatrzona. Lokalizacja B. blisko targów I dworca. Obsługa zawsze miła, uśmiechnięta I pomocna. Jeszcze raz Polecam!

A atenção dos donos da casa. Notem que não é um hotel mas uma casa que aluga quartos. Não tem recepção disponível as 24h do dia mas tudo é esclarecido atempadamente. O quarto com casa de banho privativa é espaçoso e confortável.

Piekne, gustownie urzadzone pokoje. Przemila I bardzo pomocna obsługa. W pełni wypozazona kuchnia z pelna lodówka :). Bardzo blisko centrum I targów poznanskich. Goraco polecam !!!!!!

- Duży pokój - przyjemny wystrój - można było zjeść śniadanie (samemu przyrządzane), mimo braku takiej opcji podczas zamawiania - blisko do MTP, Starego Miasta, dworca kolejowego - Słabe wyciszenie wewnętrzne (słuchać głosy/kroki na korytarzu) - mały telewizor - brak parkingu (parkuje się na ulicy pod budynkiem) - gwałtownie kończąca się ciepła woda

стильные, уютные комнаты. чисто и ухоженно, несмотря на то, что апартаменты расположены в старом доме. комфортные постель и сан.узлы. высокие потолки. кухня и комната оснащены всем необходимым. хозяйка даже продукты для приготовления завтрака оставляет. близко к жд вокзалу и выставочному комплексу. скрипучий пол и плохая звукоизоляция, однако это нисколько не испортило пребывание в Fancy House.

Miejsce urządzone z wyczuciem smaku i pomysłem, właścicielka włożyła w nie serce i to widać. Każdy detal jest przemyślany, każdy z pokoi ma swój niezwykły klimat. Nie będę pisał o takich oczywistościach jak darmowe wifi, czy super lokalizacja (wszędzie jest blisko). Właścicielka serdeczna, troskliwa i pomocna. Miałem okazję mieszkać w kilku innych obiektach w Poznaniu i Fancy House to zdecydowanie mój faworyt :)

Lovely apartment, not far from train station and centre of town. Great staff who explained everything well (in good English) and provided a summary of town and the sights. Comfortable room and breakfast was good too. would stay there again.
