I thought the friendliness of the staff and the quality of the Hotel itself were fantastic. The bar and restaurant area is very elegant and relaxing at the same time, a really nice place to have a meal and a couple of drinks before heading into town. |

Really nice hotel, totally new, very good rooms and breakfast. SPA center is also excellent but expensive. The best hotel I have been from all my trips to Krakow for this price. 6km far from city center, if you have your own car is ok because you arrive to city center in less than 10min. |

Very friendly and helpful staff., breakfast had lots of variety, room was very comfortable. It's a bit outside of the city, but the bus/tram system are not difficult to navigate. Only 1km walk directly to the tram that takes you downtown directly. I could hear the people next door, but I turned the air conditioning on and did not hear anything at all after that! |

Very modern, clean hotel. Reception was helpful and provided good information about the area. The breakfast and restaurant are very good. The hotel is in a commercial / industrial area but surrounded by a beautiful garden. The walls are pretty thin - I could hear the people in the bathroom next door as if they were in my room. |

the staff were very friendly' the distances from the town only 20 mins by tram and only 50p return rooms good maybe a little warm' food really good spa excellent. Very quiet at night. no bus or tram from airport 14 pound by taxi but you can go into town from airport by tram then tram number 8 or 18 to hotel. |

There is really nice park around the hotel. Rooms are large and comfortable. Bathrooms with a shower. Perfect high quality bathroom amenities. Restaurant in modern comfortable design, pleasant outdoor sitting at night. Buffet breakfast excellent. High quality spa service in beautiful designer look. It is necessary to book spa, as you do not have to share with anyone. |

Har egentlig ikke annet å si enn at dette var over all forventning. Personalet var strålende, SPA avdelingen var super, og restauranten gikk over alle forventninger=) Eneste som kan trekke litt ned var avstanden til sentrum, tok ca 15 min med taxi om det ikke var noen kø. Men om jeg skal tilbake til Krakow, skal jeg ikke se bort i fra at jeg bor på Farmona igjen=) |

Przyjemny zapach w hotelu, duża ilość zabiegów SPA, klimatyczna restauracja, lokalizacja hotelu tuż przy parku. Bezpłatny parking. Brak windy. Zbyt krótko działające SPA. Biznesmeni późno wracają do hotelu i SPA powinno być czynne do 24.00. Podobnie restauracja. |

Хороший отель, достаточно хорошая цена, отличное качество обслуживания, большой спрос на СПА услуги, лучше записываться при брони отеля ;) месторасположение отдаленное зато нет городского шума и реально отдыхаешь! Разнообразить меню ресторана отеля! |

El hotel está en una zona ideal para relajarse. Es un hotel nuevo y todo está decorado con muy buen gusto. El personal es muy atento. El servicio de internet y el parking son gratuitos. Aunque no está en el centro, se llega en sólo 5 minutos en coche por un camino muy directo. El servicio del restaurante es muy bueno. También aproveché para comprar cremas para el cutis. La relación calidad precio de todo es excelente. Sin dudas recomendaría el hotel. Lo único que no me gustó es que siendo un hotel nuevo, no tenga ascensor. Eso puede ser un inconveniente para gente mayor o con dificultades para subir escaleras con maletas. |

Lugnt område, kändes tryggt att ha bilen parkerad där. Nära till shoppingcenter. Lätt att ta sig till Auschwitz, saltgruvan och till Krakow centrum med bil. Fin trädgård, fin restaurang, bra frukost. Nej. Men krångligt med lokaltraffik. Krävs taxi eller egen bil. |
