Very good positioned hotel, near to the old city center. It was easy to find the hotel. The stuff very friendly and helpful. First time in Torun, but so nice, I will come again. |

The restaurant staff was so attentive they actually noticed and kept my wife's retainer that she had forgotten wrapped in a napkin on the table! We were very lucky that the staff pays such attention to detail. |

Almost everything: efficient and friendly staff, good sized and well equipped clean room; great breakfast; good location (just about 15-18 min walk to the heart of the city); free parking. Will stay again, chance provided. The only (minor) displeasure was the mild noise outside the windows, coming from the wentilation systems of "Carefour" department store, adjoined to the hotel building. Did not spoil our sleep, however, after a all that walking we did during the day. |

Great value for money! spent 100 euro for a 3 beds room + one add-on bed... Spa/sauna/Gym, pool table, GREAT BAR!!! and BREAKFAST!!! all great! PERFECT if you have your own transportation, but... its not all that far taking a walk in the beautiful city to the rynek area! |

Bardzo czyste wnętrze, sympatyczne panie w recepcji które były skłonne pochodzić ze mną po hotelu bym mogła sobie wybrać pokój jaki mi się spodoba. Sympatyczny pan, który prowadził mnie do fittnes i do sauny - godzina zamknięcia była "umowna". Niestety, zbyt ograniczony czas otwarcia sauny i jacuzzi. Potrzeba filtrowania wody przez 20h mnie nie przekonuje (strefa czynna tylko 4h/dobę) |
