Nice hotel with nice personal, good room and breakfast.

Overall good value and a good point for exploring Toruń. Excellent breakfast.

The Wifi didn't seem to work from above floor 1, I could get a signal but it wouldn't connect to anything. If I sent to floor 1 or reception it was fine. I had to wait for them to clean the hot tub etc before I could use it, which should have already been done and I couldn't use the sauna, as they didn;t turn it on and it takes an hour to warm up

I liked everything - convenient location, cosy rooms, nice sauna and jaccuzzi, tasty and filling breakfasts.

Was persuated to book a room there by a family member that lived near by. Was a nice surprise as the price was very reasonable and the quality of the room brilliant. There is a supermarket around the corner for all your needs and the Old Town is a 10 minute walk.

The fact that there are no tea and coffee making facilities in the room, nor is there a refrigerator. These things are essential in my opinion as not everyone wishes to order drinks from room service.

Well for that price i would recommend something else... we only stayed one night and then went on to apartment Toruń 2 and that was a great choice.

Location to Torun`s main features.Helpfulness of staff.Good breakfast,well served.Value for money.

The staff...they were helpful, mannerly, smiling and effective. The design of the hotel was appealing, the food beautiful and the location was good but most of all the helpfulness of the staff stood out.

1) The Breakfast Buffet was wonderfull, a good start to the day. 2) We dined one night in the restaurant. The meal was prepared and served quickly and was a great quality. It was nice to have the restaurant, in the hotel, open for dining late in the evening. 3) The secure parking. 4) 15mins walk to the old town center.

1) The breakfast hours - stopping service at 10am on weekends puts you under pressure to get up, when a lie in would have been welcome. 2) Clearer instructions, as we checked in, on the use of the parking would have been helpful and would have avoided a small issue with the parking attendant who did not speak English, and I don't speak Polish.

The room was such a luxury, with decor and comfort of the essence. Breakfast and dinner were both most enjoyable with a wide range of dishes to choose from and well presented.

The lifts were slow due to different facilities on different levels.

Good value,clean, modern and well located for exploring Torun.

Excellent hotel great value and super helpful staff

A positive surprise! The restaurant offers really tasty food and breakfast was also super. Rooms are big enough for three persons.

Reasonably close to the historic centre, good price-quality balance. Good breakfast.

Airco does not seem to work very well - in the first night it was too warm to sleep well, despite the airco being set to full speed in early May. Rooms are rather small.
