Very nice and friendly staff. Suitable for wheelchair users with easy access to the hotel and from the hotel to the city centre. Staff are happy to help with anything and the cab company linked to the hotel is also good.

Nice hotel, short distance in a pleasant walk to the city center, nice surroundings. The room was very spacious, clean and with beautiful views. The sauna was a nice highlight, we just had to tell the receptionist (she was actually very nice) to turn it on and then we enjoyed a relaxing evening after visiting the city. The price-service relation was worth it.

Some of the employees were not very nice to us. The bar tender was not very pleasant, we went at 23.30h to the bar and he welcomed us with a "we close in 10min" (which was no true, bar was open till midnight), but he didn't seem very happy with the idea of having to prepare something... The check out was neither pleasant, the man working at the reception seemed upset when we started talking english, he said nothing to us, it seemed like he just wanted us to leave. We were very dissapointed.

hotel was relatively clean and conveniently located near the city center. Easy walk to cafes and restaurants and a short drive/walk to the main train station.

The staff was not very friendly --- i did not find too many friendly folks in the city either. For example, when we walked into the hotel, we said hello, but the clerk was grumpy and gave no indication of acknowledgment/greeting. The on-line price is cheaper, so be sure to reserve on line ahead of the check-in. The city is not a very interesting place to visit and i would never go back as we were bored throughout the stay.

Brilliant location and very reasonable pricing for a fairly good service. The room was big, clean, and comfortable; everything worked as it should. Overall, a very reasonable choice in Szczecin. The above is of course conditional on this being only a 3 star hotel.

Upon arrival, I found the room pre-heated to a very uncomfortable temperature, but nothing that opening a window for half an hour could not solve.

Location and good value for money

Location, interior design, very friendly hotel staff, clean everywhere!!! Big plus ibis!

Focus hotel is my favorite in Szczecin in all respects except during the heat of the summer since the A/C system is not fully developed. It is not a big problem because of the hotel's location near the river, surrounded by plenty of open space. Within walking distance are some of th finest restaurants you will find anywhere.

no air conditioning , which was a major issue during hot summer days and nights. Standard room was tiny. Breakfast was included, but it was a zoo. Breakfast room was too small, the staff couldn't keep up with refills. Noisy during night, some party people having good time at the hall. Forget about sleep.

The location of the hotel is fantastic. Nice clean room with view. Tea/coffee making facilities.Kind and helpful staff. Very good breakfast. You can park your car in front of the hotel with confidence, no need to pay for guarded parking.

I liked very friendly satff, quiet, relaxed, nice atmosphere. Very comfortable and clean rooms.

Very good value for money! Its distinct advantage is the remarkable proximity to Chrobry’s Ramparts and the Old Town. Then, You'll have a lovely room with really comfortable beds, sterile clean bathroom, great fitness, free sauna and superb, varied breakfast! Friendly and helpful girls readily replaced the room when we ask a better view from the window. Ask for the room facing the main facade, otherwise you'll have a nuisance of the heavy traffic across a bridge near the hotel. And it looks fairly safe to leave you car in front of the entrance instead of driving a good distance to their private parking and pay 5 euro/night.

Difficult to find faults

It was a good, clean and relatively cheap hotel; and very centrally located. The room was a good size and all features worked well.

One feature missing from the room was air conditioning. With the windows closed, the room was a bit stuffy. However, opening the windows let the mosquitoes and flies in.

Good friendly staff & location!

Everything. We stayed in the hotel for 12 nights. The staff were a pleasure and value for money is second to none. Would 100% go back.
