Όλα τα παιδιά κάτω των 18 ετών διαμένουν χωρίς χρέωση όταν χρησιμοποιούν το υπάρχον κρεβάτι.
Δε διατίθενται βρεφικές κούνιες.
Η μέγιστη χωρητικότητα επιπλέον κρεβατιών σε ένα δωμάτιο είναι 1.
Κάθε επιπλέον κρεβάτι πρέπει να ζητηθεί και να γίνει επιβεβαίωση από το ξενοδοχείο.
Οι επιπρόσθετες παροχές δεν υπολογίζονται αυτόματα στο τελικό ποσό και πρέπει να πληρωθούν ξεχωριστά στο ξενοδοχείο.

I thought the staff were extremely helpful and efficient. My silly lack of knowledge of the Polish language didn't matter, as they could all speak English, which was fantastic. The team seemed to be young and dynamic. We didn't stay long enough. I also got up too late and nearly missed the lovely breakfast. The next morning, I didn't like the fact that the Cognac was sooo tasty, the night before. |

Comfortable beds, high ceilings and very large rooms, oversize vaulted windows, good reasonably priced restaurant and the extremely attentive and competent staff made this stay a flawless and memorable experience. No rooms with a full bath. |

This was our third visit to the Focus Hotel. We got a great welcome from Alec in the restaurant which was nice. Food in restaurant very good. |

Food, especially breakfast, free parking, remains of the old factory infront of the hotels parking. The walls in rooms are very high, the cable internet didnt work in the second floor. |

Friendly and relaxed atmosphere, helpful staff, good food and drink, good location for local shopping. The bed was uncomfortably soft with only one very thin pillow. The room was also too warm during the night. |

Good staff, decent food, and clean. No airconditioning making the place like a sauna. The gym is not a gym but a collection of scrap metal. Not good at all I will not use this ever again. |

Room size and high ceilings. Quiet and modern rooms. Very comfortable bed, pillows and comforter. Very good breakfast. Acces to internet in busineess room. Very good exercise equipment and spa. extend breakfast hour to be 11 am for non-business traveler. |

Hotel is well positioned, near city centre but easy to drive to. Refurbished to a good standard. Lots of echo, probably due to high ceilings, did make it noisy at times-doors slamming etc |

New and clean rooms and excellent breakfast are the strongest points of the hotel. In fact, the breakfast was one of the best I ever had in hotels (if they have fresh juice it would be perfect) The staff was nice but not very helpful. They gave as a twin bed room despite our request to have double room and they did not answer a phone. The floor in the bathroom is slippery when wet. A few simple pictures or other artistic work would make the room - rooms are huge but empty. |

I stayed at Focus Lodz and Stettin in last month. Both were great values, clean, and the staff consummately professional. Locations were ideal, right on the edge of the sights and events of city centers. I would come back again and again because you are executing your business plan perfectly. As a guest, I feel that I am the most important person in the hotel. |
