Room size and high ceilings. Quiet and modern rooms. Very comfortable bed, pillows and comforter. Very good breakfast. Acces to internet in busineess room. Very good exercise equipment and spa. extend breakfast hour to be 11 am for non-business traveler. |

Hotel is well positioned, near city centre but easy to drive to. Refurbished to a good standard. Lots of echo, probably due to high ceilings, did make it noisy at times-doors slamming etc |

New and clean rooms and excellent breakfast are the strongest points of the hotel. In fact, the breakfast was one of the best I ever had in hotels (if they have fresh juice it would be perfect) The staff was nice but not very helpful. They gave as a twin bed room despite our request to have double room and they did not answer a phone. The floor in the bathroom is slippery when wet. A few simple pictures or other artistic work would make the room - rooms are huge but empty. |

I stayed at Focus Lodz and Stettin in last month. Both were great values, clean, and the staff consummately professional. Locations were ideal, right on the edge of the sights and events of city centers. I would come back again and again because you are executing your business plan perfectly. As a guest, I feel that I am the most important person in the hotel. |

Rooms are very big and clean. Free internet access. Free sauna although I did not visit the spa area.The staff was gentle and cooperative. I don't like the design, the room is spacy but not cosy. The restaurant is too near the reception and not really separated from this area so again this creates a bit uncosy, unpleasant feeling. |

The stay was excellent. The hotel is clean, excellent and very helpful staff, and rooms are good value for the money. Would definitely stay there again when in Lodz. I could have been closer to the city centre, but good taxi and tram connection (10 min) |

only breakfast. They accepted to bear the responsibility for not noticing the reservation for the third person. Too loud, and this does not come from the clients, but the staff in the corridors. |

hotel staff were bad manured,bar unstaffed for periods of time,even when staff were present would be slow to attened to guests.No facility to make international calls.One night guests were informed they could not use the bar because it was being used by a local wedding party. |

Everything! About the best breakfast we ever had in Europe, if you wanted sandwiches for later they were happy for you to make them and give you a bag to put them in!!! Breakfast was included but you also got a lunch as well |

Nice and very helpful service, new hotel with new facilities but based on an old manufacture - interesting architecture, close to the downtown (10 minutes walk), great breakfast, Internet, big rooms. One of the best 2 stars hotels I have ever been. This is only 2 stars hotel so there is no air conditioning. |
