Good breakfast and the staff in the restaurant were very accommodating and friendly
Could do with a kettle in the room.
The place, parking.
water quality, some room deformations.
Just about everything was incredible! Our room was more like a suite than anything else. It had a lounge, 2 bathrooms and it was all clean and in good condition. All this for only £17 a night!! My partner and I could not believe the value. We wished we had stayed for longer. Highly recommended!!
If we had to be critical, the lack of free on street parking meant we had to pay for parking at the hotel
Interesting building with some crazy decor. Comfortable room with balcony facing the zoo, away from the main drag so quiet. No complaints.
Welcome and helpfulness of staff.
Breakfast was a little expensive.
I like the staff, and all about the hotel. You cant get a better deal anywhere in all of Europe zone.
Nothing I didn't like.
I didnt thought it will be such a great hotel, i choose it cuz they allow pets. Everything was clean nice and cozy.
Inexpensive hotel, close to railway station and new shopping centre. 25 minutes walk to Staro Rynek
Room cleaning disappointing. Had to unblock sink and shower tray waste pipework which were full of hair. Room not cleaned or water replenished one day
Close to the railway station. On the bus route from the airport to the town centre and railway station. (The hotel is hard to recognise.) Close to the town centre. (In the winter this area can be very bleak with large buildings and wide open spaces.) The hotel is both old fashioned and with an art nouveau feel. It is next to the old zoo, now the reptile zoo. The hotel gives the impression that it is designed for a cold climate. This year, the breakfast was more reasonable.
The first time we used this hotel we found it difficult to find. It is near the World Trade Centre.
staff ok friendly clean rooms
rooms small no air con breakfast not much variety no close to main down town can get lost
I loved the style and feel of the hotel and the staff would help all they can
the restaurant was empty and when i had dinner i had the feeling the kitchen staff weren't interested especially as the restaurant was shut by 7pm
Clean, easy to get in the old town
good place near Fair area
Nothing!!!! Worst hotel I have stayed in for a very very very very long time!!!
We stayed 3 days and they did not clean the room once. We had to ask for fresh towels and also why they do not clean the room, they replied it should be cleaned, yet was not!!! We had an apartment, they first tried to put us in a twin room until I complained then said....ohhhh sorry!! Then the bath room smelled like a toilet leaking and was disgusting and did not go away. Staff was not friendly and sat glued to the computer!! I will never stay there again!!!!!
Location, walking distance to the Poznań Trade Center.
Toilet & shower - dirty and clogged. Breakfast not worth the price. I don't recommend.
Location, within walking distance to the central train station. Restaurant on site. Price.
In between the stained glass lamps and windows, the dark panels and just the regular January gloom, I felt a need to turn more lights on. Problem was, they were all already on.
location - but only if you're going to visit Poznan trade center
toilet/shower/sink - all clogged, shower hose broken -spilled water everywhere ,smoke detector on ceiling was blinking bright orange light for the whole visit, lots of dust everywhere, the stairway was cold and stinking and the breakfast not worth the price
Nothing at all
Internet did not work neither in my room and nor in my friends.and when we told the lady about it, she said that she cant do anything.Bathroom had a disgusting smell and there was water leaking to the ground.the worst part was the cold.we were freezing all night.additionaly, someone knocked my friends room at night and woke him up for no reason. I definitely do not suggest this so called hotel.
I needed to work during the evening but wifi did not work across the hotel for me
It's a cozy hotel with a fair budget.. but for the furniture it seems very old and consumed, else the staff is great and friendly..
The hotel is not far from the Railway-station.
The street was a dark, not so charming.
Great location, nice clean rooms and friendly staff
In-house restaurant, bar and bowling was closed. Breakfast was poor. Our bathroom smelled of vomit
Location closed to Poznan Exhibition area and not far from Old town.
Restaurant open from 6pm only
Excellent location especially for people visiting MTP Poznan
We couldn't use the shower because of its poor state (the water did't flow away)
