our superior room was huge; very modern and new;car parking in the grounds, complimentary evening meal which was excellent - the Polish restaurant ambience is most conducive to fine dining; able to arrange a massage within hours; shops nearby

Great location in relation to Auschwitz concentration camp. Good food, beautiful hotel. Friendly staff.

I like the location, he staff was great. There was a party going on and the staff asked us if we wanted to change rooms if the noise got to loud for us. Restaurant was excellent. Breakfast was standard European fare.

All beds were single beds. I purchased the dinner voucher and that is a limited menu. Smaller.

We have traveled to almost every country in Europe, hands down this is the best value for money hotel so far. Being in the hotel industry myself, I am always looking for flaws to pick in the places I stay, here I found almost none. The hotel is clean, comfortable, modern and very well facilitated. The hotel is located only 5 minutes drive from Auschwitz 5 minutes walk for the local shops. The two restaurants and bar all serve food and beverage at very reasonable prices eliminating the need to source food outside if you are on a budget. I would recommend staying in the spa wing as you can then use all spa facilities (except treatments) for free. Would defiantly stay here again!

As this is a well was and spa hotel I would incorporate special health and diet menus in the restaurants to tie in with the concept. Also may want to consider adding a basic gym as well.

This hotel is a 3-star hotel but in reality is 4-star. Staff very friendly, room very large and confortable for a family of 5. Very good location for those who wish to pay a visit to the Auschwitz Museum.

The atmosphere of the hotel was great. It featured a nice bar with a wide variety of good tasting choices for dinner, and it wasn't really expensive either. I had a single room (402) and despite being located next to the elevator, I really never heard it. The bed is comfortable, although maybe a bit to hard for my own preference. View from the room was as decent as I would expect for the price.

Cleaning of the room could have been a bit better. It was clean, but on the windowsill my finger felt some dust. Although the rest of the room was good! The breakfast is a bit unpredictable: the first day I loved it, the second day I came in a bit late and all the 'good food', according to my taste, was gone.

Perfect location for visiting Auschwitz. Room was modern and clean. We had a quadruple room and it was great, more like a 2 bedroom suite. Lots of room for kids to tun around outside. Ate dinner at the hotel Italian restaurant- food was good and inexpensive.

Staff very friendly and helpful, all spoke fluent English. Room excellent value for money and very comfortable. We ate in the 2 hotel resturants and found tham both very good value for monety. We would certainly stay here again.

The hot tub was a bit too cool. It should be 40C

Rooms were great. Large and very modern and clean. Wi-Fi was fast. Restaurant had best Pizzas during our month long trip ( including Italy). Location was close enough to city but not too downtown. Staff was friendly. Parking was safe

Spa wasn't open for some reason.

We stayed for 3 nights in this lovely hotel. The staff are very friendly, helpful and easy to approach. The restaurant is amazing and the gardens where you can eat lovely and relaxing. The spa and the massage were well worth a visit. We checked out late at night to catch a train so they provided us with a packed lunch for the next day. The hotel is in a good location (we walked to Auschwitz museum which took about 45min). Highly recommend this hotel and it was great value for money.

The staff at reception were excellent - an asset indeed!

A gym would be useful

We stayed in a family room which was big enough for four adults. It had a big flat screen tv, that allowed us to watch the Euro 2012 football. There were also a number of bars and restaurants both inside and out. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

We all had a massage but ended up being charged more than advertised. I would like to think that this was a genuine mistake but due to the fact that it happened to all four of us I would definately recommend making 100 percent sure that the price is agreed before hand. The spa floor was tiled as you would expect but was very slippery. Unfortunately my wife slipped on the wet floor. I recommended to the manager that they allow rubber flip flops be worn. Hopefully they will do this.

The hotel was excellent, the staff were helpfull and the food was great. We would stay there again and reccomend it to everyone.. Its very good value for money

The new part which I had not stayed in before was superb and keeps up the standards of the original hotel. It is a great location to visit the Auschwitz POW/Concentration Camps with great accessibility and the town of Osweicim itself is very nice. The restaurants provide a great atmosphere for good eating!

I think it would have been helpful to explain either on the website or at Reception how the evening meal vouchers work. We lost a meal while finding out!

It is a very good hotel, recommend.

We hebben heerlijk gegeten in het Italiaanse restaurant en het was niet duur. De bedden waren goed, de 4 persoonskamer met een tussendeur was ideaal. Beneden in de spa was het relaxed.

Het bubbelbad was stuk

Het hele plaatje is uitstekend. Mooi pand, goede kamers, schoon, prima ontbijt

Er is eigenlijk niets tegengevallen, alleen het weer was erg slecht en dat maakte de sombere omgeving in Polen er niet beter op.
