Very helpful staff, nice rooms, spacious and clean, nice decorated, central location, good value for money!

Location, although convenient, is not so attractive. The surrounding area is rather deserted and dark at night.

Large room and bathroom, good breakfast.

Noise of the ventilation system in the room (wasn't possible to switch off). Wifi connection was terrible (it depends on the room - another room on the same floor was OK). No minibar.

Excellent location: the Old Town Dlugi targ just around the corner, tram stops with good connections. Nice garden.

Comfortable rooms but no armchairs. No information how to connect to the WiFi.

We booked a twin room, but hotel said they received a request of double room. My confirmation was in finnish, but still easy to show word "Twin". We never got a twin room, but no extra charge of the extra bed.

A very polite staff, clean and comfortable room. I did not have time to try breakfast and any other meals. Generally a very positive experience.

A carpet in the corridor looks very depressing and cheap, needs to be replaced. Whole floor should be dedicated to non- smoking customers as there is sometimes quite unpleasant smell of cigarettes coming from the opposite rooms for smokers.
