The location was good for the main city centre and the hotel provide a map on arrival so you can get fiind your way around easily The breakfast is far too expensive by polish standards (42zl) so we avoided it and ate elsewhere and there is a busy main road and tram line opposite the hotel |

The room was very big and the bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. The water in the shower took a long time to flow down the plug, hence ended up standing in 2 inches of water!! |

Very helpful staff, nice rooms, spacious and clean, nice decorated, central location, good value for money! Location, although convenient, is not so attractive. The surrounding area is rather deserted and dark at night. |

Large room and bathroom, good breakfast. Noise of the ventilation system in the room (wasn't possible to switch off). Wifi connection was terrible (it depends on the room - another room on the same floor was OK). No minibar. |

Excellent location: the Old Town Dlugi targ just around the corner, tram stops with good connections. Nice garden. Comfortable rooms but no armchairs. No information how to connect to the WiFi. |

Everything - 5 min walk from old town, large rooms, separate toilet & bathroom great if you are sharing. A safe, coffee & tea making facilities in each room. Hotel also has a garden area outside & playstation machine for the kids. Having to leave! :-) |

Good breakfast We booked a twin room, but hotel said they received a request of double room. My confirmation was in finnish, but still easy to show word "Twin". We never got a twin room, but no extra charge of the extra bed. |

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very close to the 'old town', the main sightseeing area. Slight confusion about whether I had paid for the stay at the time of booking, or on checking out. But this confusion was my fault! |

Good location close to old town. Kettle in the room. Huge and comfortable bathroom. Overall the room was clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking space outside. Bed not comfortable (too soft). Bathroom (shower place) not entirely clean. Kettle with huge limescale. Room service entered my room at the day of departure at 10 am, despite the leaving time was at 12 am.Scary neighbourhood. Breakfast not included. |
