The Głęboczek is a luxury spa hotel located in the Brodnica Lake District. Its guests can relax in the Vinery Spa or an indoor or outdoor swimming pool. Głęboczek Vine Resort & Spa is the only spa hotel in Poland to offer treatments based on wine therapy. It also features an innovative Alphasphere. The air-conditioned rooms at Głęboczek Vine Resort come with cable TV, a safe and a work desk. All offer free Wi-Fi and a bathroom with a hairdryer and free toiletries. The Głęboczek has a wine cellar with a wide choice of wines from all over the world. Beautiful location, tucked away in the country with wonderful amenities (spa, pools, and saunas are fantastic), and a solid restaurant... Hard not to like this place. We would have never left... The restaurant could use more work... The food is slightly above average but reaches too far (had a very strange "asian beef salad" made by someone who obviously has never had the real deal), and the service isn't that great (often waiting for courses, waiting for the check, etc). We hope and assume that eventually this wine resort will be offering some of its own wine or more Polish wines in general on its list (seems obvious). In regards to the wine, the servers are very poorly trained... They don't know much about their list, but more importantly they have been given no training by the sommelier (owner?) about how to properly open and pour wine (they broke 2 corks into the bottles we ordered during our trip). For a "wine resort" that's unacceptable.

położenie i widoki, jakość obsługi, czystość, wystrój, smaczne jedzenie, w zasadzie tylko jedna rzecz ale bardzo ważna: akustyczność pokojów!!! Nocuję b często ( zwykle służbowo) w hotelach ale tak akustycznych pomieszczen jak w Gleboczku nie pamietam. PRzez sciane slychach dosolwnie WSZYSTKO co robią i mówią sąsiedzi....... JEst to mocno krępujące i dokuczliwe. Ta wada mocno obniżyła nam jakość pobytu w tym bardzo przyjemnym miejscu. Nie wiem jak to możliwe, aby wlasciciele tak oszczędzili na materiałach ale sktuek jest taki, że psuje to ogólnie b dobry wizerunek tego miejsca.

Wspaniały hotel, obsługa szalenie miła, jakość usług SPA dobra, jedzenie znakomite(ale ceny niestety powalające). Polecam także rodzinom z dziećmi- przebywaliśmy w hotelu z półrocznym dzieckiem, hotel był cały zajęty a nic nikomu nie przeszkadzało, nie czuło się ilości gości, dziecko dostało łóżeczko, wanienkę, czajnik aby szybko ugotować wodę, wspólnie kąpaliśmy się w basenie i jacuzzi. Wspaniały wypoczynek. Bardzo uboga karta menu oraz ceny posiłków! Wspaniały hotel ale dla ludzi z zasobniejszym portfelem

Dobrze oznakowana droga. Cisza, spokój I przepiękne krajobrazy Pojezierza Brodnickiego. Miła I fachowa obsługa. Pyszne śniadanie. Polecam wszystkim osobą choć na dobę aby zapomnieć o ciężkich czasach i przypomnieć sobie jak piękna jes nasza polska przyroda, która w Głęboczku dominuje nad cywilizacją. Minus jest jeden I największy, godziny w tym miejscu biegną nieubłaganie I zanim się człowiek nie spostrzegnie, trzeba to miejsce opuścić I wrócić do zwykłej codzienności.

Dobra kuchnia ładna architektura dobre wina w umairkowanych cenach bardzo miła I dość kompetenta obsługa w restauracji/karczmie Zagubiony Pan w recepcji, który nie wiedział czy moja karta jest obciążona ani ja zrobic blokadę na karcie, a usługi someliera opisywał tak, ze nie poczulismy sie godni korzystac z jego usług, ale był miły I widać,że ma dobre chęci

Głęboczek to moje ulubione miejsce podróży w Polsce, wracam tam od czasu do czasu aby odpocząć od zgiełku dnia codziennego. Fantastyczny rustykalny design, cisza, piękne krajobrazy i strefa spa. Za każdym razem obsługa niestety nie spełnia wymagań 4 gwiazdkowego hotelu.

Piękna okolica do spacerownia, wspaniały widok na jezioro z restauracji, ładne wyjście z pokoju na taras I winnice (pokój na parterze, wygodny), łazienka urządzona elegancko, dobra kuchnia. W pokoju brakowało czajnika, drugiego krzesła / fotela, do oglądania telewizji, zamiast plastikowego krzesełka, które psuło konwencję stylu. Część personelu w restauracji mało doświadczona, niezorientowana, nieumiejąca doradzić.

Hotel pięknie położony z klimatem dworku wiejskiego.Pięknie zaaranżowane otoczenie hotelu,ładny basen I SPA,wygodne kanapy na tarasie przy restauracji. Bardzo wysokie ceny na dodatkowe usługi.Za dwugodzinny spływ kajakowy dla 4 osób,a jego organizacja polegała tylko na wykonaniu jednego telefonu do firmy zajmującej się spływami zapłaciliśmy 500 zł podczas, gdybyśmy sami to zrobili kosztowałoby to ok 200zł,drogi parking. Brak kąpieliska nad jeziorem.
