Middle of the city, small and really nice hotel with guarded parking place. Hotel stuff were nice and all of them spoke good English. I even had a balcony in my room. Really good for that price. Hard to find because they didn't have a big poster. They said it's coming. |

Very Nice desk staff who spoke excellent English. We had a very nice buffet breakfast and the hotel was located in a very cgood location for sightseeing. The hotel arranged all pick up from the airport and transfer back to airport which made our stay very easy. They also arranged a trip to Auswitchz at a good price. There also is a nice bar in the basement with free internet use and all rooms have wi fi which was very usefull and free.........a+ for price , service and very clean rooms with nice shower Only one problem I found was the stairs and no lift but that is not so bad as all the other things made up for this. |

Staff were extremely helpful and the only real positive beside clean rooms and bathrooms. Close to the main square too was useful. Would recommend for those who weighed up the negatives as location and real helpful staff help a lot overcome the nagatives. Very poor breakfast facilities for numbers of guests in the hotel. Staff did their best but a twin slice toaster between a possible 30 guests for heaven sake! One PC between said guests too...no good. Wi-Fi was good. Worst part the lack of lift, but we knew this before our stay, but I heard some guests didn't!!! Great for keep fit types! |

The reception staff were really friendly, polite and helpful. The hotel was nicely decorated, the rooms were spotless, spacious and comfortable. Extra touches such as water, chocolates and a tea tray in the room were appreciated and we would certainly use this hotel again. The hotel is a little tricky to find, so print out a map! |

Good clean room. Speaking English polite and helpful reception staff. Tours from hotel. Unvaried breakfasts. Only one tea bag in the room per day. You can get non-smokers room even if you booked room for smokers previously. |

The location of the Globus was excellent. Midway between the old square and the jewish quarter. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. The staff organised sightseeing trips and also got a taxi to pick us up at the airport on arrival. There is no lift. |

A group of eight adults is always going to create problems and disagreements, but 8/8 people agreed that this hotel is the best value for money hotel they had ever stayed in. The staff were attentive to our every need and even when we created problems by changeing our minds they understood and suggested ways to get around our problems. The rooms were spotless, cleaned every day, PJ's folded in a variety of shapes. Tea making and bottled water in rooms and buffet continental breakfast (as much as you could eat) in an adjoining cafe. For all of my group we agree that Globus is our choice for next year. Globus is on a main intersection so for me earplugs is a must and there is no lift, but only three storeys. |

The convienient location was ideal, and the fact that breakfast was included in the price made the choice ideal. |

Small Hotel in a perfect position, 10 minutes on foot from the city centre and 2 blocks from the Jewish quarter. Exceptionally helpful reception staff, who spoke good to excellent English. They made every effort to make our stay enjoyable - they seemed to care! Room bright, clean and comfortable. Reasonable self service continental breakfast. Value for money. Rooms on 3 floors. No lift, though this did not bother us. |

Excellent value for money. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly and the rooms are very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was buffet style and very adequate. The location is ideal as it is within walking distance to the main areas. If you hire a car, it is advisable to book a car parking space as it is a busy city. The only negative we could find was traffic noise as there are tram lines just below the windows, but the trams do not run at night. |

The staff very polite, helpfull and informative. The hotel itself is in good location and access to all functions. Very clean and comfortable. The kitchen staff serving breakfast were extremely helpfully and polite. I highly recommend for any guest. I choose this hotel account of location near the square. |

The staff was 100% at our service if needed. We had a few unusual questions and they went out of their way to help us. They were extremely helpfull and kind. There is absolutely nothing negative that I can say about the hotel. Nice breakfast, clean rooms, warm showers and great location for a citytrip. |
