Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.

The water park was especially relaxing, clean and very enjoyable with no coins necessary for the lockers as automated wrist strap given. Towels also provided. Staff helpful. Free internet in private room. The cleaning staff were very friendly even though neither of us could speak to the other in their native tongue. Food in the restaurant good. The 10 Pin bowling was not working during our stay. The billiard tables were worn through, although nobody was playing while we were there so it was easy to get a table. The hotel is spread out and not as welcoming as expected, it felt very business like. The reception staff attempted to address our needs of booking a coach back to Warsaw but I had to do this myself in the end by going to the coach station. No mini-bar and only local tv stations in the room although Satellite tv advertised. |
