Well mannered efficient staff, comfortable well laid out accommodation the food was nice and well presented

There was a vibrating noise through out the night. It was not coming from the air conditioning unit as we turned it off, it was either coming from outside or from the Jacuzzi which was in a room two floors below us. The other thing that was not great was that the towels and the sheets had a dull smell of chemicals not and a nice slight fragrance of washing powder.

Reception staff were very helpful.

Area around hotel was being worked on quite a bit so we found we were trailing dirt into the hotel every time we went out. Housekeeping was a bit slow - one day room not made up - generally article replenishment was a bit poor. More flyers about the town would have been helpful

Very nice design luxury hotel. the staff speak very good english. amazing jacuzzi and sauna area. even if I did not have dinner at the restaurant it look very good. fantastic price/quality ratio.

In my room I found some dust, they should be more careful to check the rooms before guest check in .

Lovely and clean hotel with friendly staff. The rooms were very spacious and absolutely great location very close walking distance to centre.

We had an issue with the guy who did the massage - wasn't very pleasant - was expecting more of a relaxing massage instead of a sports one

The best that poland can offer - a sublime experience - an incredible hotel - a perfect stay - simly superb.

The staff was very helpful. The room was big, quiet, comfortable and well equipped.

The room was pretty comfortable, the reception service was working with good standard and quick. Clean.

Hotel was very hard to find and access, no appropriate marking of the route to the hotel. Definitively too small parking. In the morning water was surprisingly switched off for an hour (roadworks next to the hotel)

The staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient. The buffet breakfast was lovely. The hotel is well located and central. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the room very well equipped.

The towel warmer was dusty - the room could have been cleaned a bit more adequately. No Wi-fi in the rooms.

The design is excellent, the staff wonderfully helpful and the rooms beautifully appointed.

The room was very comfortable, the spa area was also excellent even though it was quiet small. The staff were very accommodating and overall I would stay here again

The restaurant was not great. Given the prices of food compared to restaurants within a 5 minute walk, the quality did not match the price
