Προσφέρει κομψά δωμάτια με έπιπλα εποχής, τηλεόραση LED, κλιματισμό και δωρεάν ενσύρματη σύνδεση στο internet. Το ξενοδοχείο διαθέτει 2 καλαίσθητα εστιατόρια, το Lustrzana και το Piano, που ειδικεύονται στην πολωνική και την ευρωπαϊκή κουζίνα. Οι επισκέπτες μπορούν να απολαύσουν φρεσκοψημένα κέικ στο Vienna Café. Όλα τα δωμάτια στο Grand έχουν κλασσικό σχεδιασμό και καλό φωτισμό. I enjoyed everything, the staff were excellent, the accommodation was great, the hotels style was fabulous, the location was excellent, I would recommend the hotel to anyone going to Krakow. I hope to come back again in the summer.

The hotel is a well located, well maintained historic building, retaining a wealth of attractive period features although modern facilities are provided as well. The staff were exceptionally polite, helpful and welcoming at all times, which made us feel very comfortable.

excellent location. very close to main square and all tourist sights within easy walking distance. we walked from main train station 15 mins. Also plenty of restaurants in vicinity , All staff very helpful throughout our stay. Organised tours from reception reasonable prices and efficient. Spacious rooms and liked the olde world style of interior decor and furnishings. Although 5 star status negligible. General air of past opulence, although now a little tired. However, found it all charming, as did not want to stay in modern "chain" establishment. Would definitely reccomend this hotel! Breakfast. Good selection of both hot /cold items. staff constantly replenishing buffet.

Could not be better located for a visit to older parts of Krakow. Staff seemed hardworking and cheerful, particularly the doormen. What was once considered "grand" is now faded glory. In particular, the finishes were the shabbiest by far of any we saw on a two-week trip in formerly Communist Europe. Our room was merely blah, but the carpets etc in the lobbies were threadbare. Because of the labyrinthine nature of the hotel (created by additions into adjacent buildings, two different elevators to reach our room), there might be danger in the event of fire, altho fire exits were marked so maybe fear is unwarranted.

Our stay in the Grand was fantastic . The staff were excellent very polite and helpful the hotel was amazing it has style and class much better then a modern day 5 star . Location was fantastic just a few steps from the old market square . We would highly recommend this hotel to any one wanting to visit the beautiful city of Krakow we certainly will be returning again to both the city and the hotel.

The hotel was warm the staff very helpful and welcoming an ideal location. The room was very clean the bed was comfortabe and we received a free upgrade due to husbands fortieth birthday. One day the breakfast bar was not topped up and was not a lot left an hour before it was due to finish Otherwise a wonderful stay Thank you

Although I know krakow well, and had an apartment which was sold recently, and for business and location I chose this hotel. The service and staff was friendly and efficient and did take care of all my needs. I will consider this hotel for my future visits. I thought that the menu could be better improved, such as providing some light dishes for women, such as selection of salads. Also the buffet breakfast was ok, but the hot dishes could have been hotter. Most of the time it was cold. I did mention this to the front desk, and they did try to correct

Nice breakfast if you like salty things (eggs and bacon and cheeses and ...) Beautifull huge old building Really good situation If you like "french" breakfast Some room can be noisy, some room are really smaller (for the same price)

Staff was very helpful. I did not enjoy that much at hotel due to old systems ( specially Internet) and building. Freshness what you get from 5 star hotels was missing. There was no life inside the hotel, no lobby everything quite.

Hotel clasico acogedor, con muchisimo encanto que sin tener algunos de los lujos de otros cinco estrellas como duchas de masaje etc es acogedor muy comodo ,limpio, tiene un desayuno de calidad, un servicio amable y localizacion inmejorable para visitar toda la ciudad andando. El encanto del hotel compensa , me ha encantado repetire.
