Our stay was a pleasure. Staff were friendly but not intrusive. Facilities were good. It had an old world feel about it with a calm and relaxing environment. The instructions regarding the pay TV channels were unclear. |

The staff were excellent and most attentive.Tthe breakfast buffet was outstanding and the dinner was delicious. The rose ice-cream was a dream. Just pack a bag and go you will love it. It has the old world charm & is a classy hotel, Both my son and I had small single rooms, adequate for a few nights but would have felt confined if stayed for longer, The bath is suitable for people of restrictive growth, but the shower is good. |

It is a charming, historic hotel which is spotlessly clean with beautiful decor and an very calm atmosphere. The staff are very helpful. A truly grand hotel indeed. Highly recommended. Nothing. I liked everything about it. |

Very grand setting. Helpful staff. Proximity to old town. Spacious room and bathroom. Good choice of food at breakfast. The magnetic key card reader on our door was defective. We had to have the key cards replaced four times in a three night stay (almost every time we tried to get into the room!). It was a long way back to reception to seek assistance and although the staff responded quickly they didn't seem to understand our frustration. |

Very central to the main square with a good sized clean room, it was ideally placed for sight seeing, shopping and drinking in the atmosphere of Krakow. |

The hotel is very well placed and is very comfortable. Your facilities are very good. Nevertheless I want to emphasize that the better of the hotel is your personnel: he is charming. El hotel esta muy bien situado, sus instalaciones son muy buenas y confortables pero si algo hay que destacar es su personal: es encantador. |

the staff were very helpful and the general atmosphere was good. The close proximity of the main square and activities was a bonus. The hotel was clean and tidy. |

Great location for visitng old Krakov in and old historical building. Very good breakfast! The charm of a clasic old place that in part of the old city and square. Romm for single was very small and bath did not smell good.A long walk to pass from one elevator to the other in order to get to our floor. It was bad for my 83 years old mother (was not a problem for me). |

Pure luxury. This is the Grand Hotel in Krakow that you're asking me abou right, as we also stayed in one in the Czeck Republic which was not so good. But the one in Krakow is only a block from the square so very convenient to everything and was a palace so luxurious. It's the best that Krakow has to offer in terms of both luxury and convenience to the city. The breakfast was very good as well. The only person who spoke good English was the woman behind the front desk. The doormen, waitresses, people who helped me fix something in the room, spoke littl;e or no Egnlish. Several even had to call the main desk. Also, the tubs is the usual very deep one so if you have a hard time getting in and out of one, you have to be very careful. |

Wonderful location just off the main square; nice, good-sized room; good breakfast. Staff friendlier than in other Polish hotels I have used. Fruit squash for breakfast rather than juice - very poor for a five-star hotel. |
