the location, it was in the center. And the hotel was very beautifull on the inside. als the staff was verry friendly and helpfull. I stayed for 7 days and this s my experience; 1. cleaning; the cleaninglady made the bed and gave clean towels but she didn't clean the bathroom or room. on the 6th day I tlod the reception about this and they cleand my whole room, but still it's a littlebit strange that you have to ask for it- while staying in one of the most expensive hotels in krakow. 2. |

This was our 3rd stay at the Grand,its like staying with family,polite staff, a good clean hotel. Nice quiet location. well recommended by Bob Taxi, our polish taxi driver and us. |

Very close to main square & sights, restaurants etc - could walk everywhere. Very good breakfast with range of choices. Peaceful & dignified atmosphere. We got into some confusion about payment being in Zloty & the rate varying during our stay. We therefore had 3 prices quoted for our stay none of which bore relation to the exchange rates available at the local money changers. Small amounts only but always in their favour! |

the location of the hotel is very good. the staff are passionate and the services are excellent. there is not any instrument to make tea or coffee. it is very inconvenient. And the bathroom is too small. |
