Très grande chambre, meubles style ancien, vitraux, boiserie, ambiance palace 19°siècle. Emplacement idéal pour visiter la ville. Personnel aimable, parfois francophone. Bon petit déjeuner buffet. Salle de bains petite, pas très bien équipée. Papier peint années 80. Literie moyennement confortable pour un établissement de cette classe. |

j'ai beaucoup aimé la suite dans laquelle on a séjourné: spacieuse, confortable, sans bruit dérangeant et surtout la localisation de l'hotel - en plein centre ville. Le personnel très aimable, surtout le monsieur qui s'est occupé de nos bagages. Un peu déçus par le petit déjeuner, mais en somme tout était correct. |

Le côté classique de l'hotel qui convient bien à la ville et le parking indispensable. La première nuit nous avons été placé dans une chambre sur une rue qui était en travaux, le lendemain on nous à changé, la nourriture vraiment pas terrible. |

sa situation et son confort intérieur le bruit nocturne car notre chambre donnait sur une boite de nuit très bruyante et active jusqu'à 6 h du matin! nous avons obtenu un changement de chambre à la 3ème nuit c'est dommage de ne pas être prévenu |

Lokalisation Attantion, personnel presque agressif a tenté de nous facturer une nuit supplémentaire sous pretexte qu'on a invité 2 personnes penddant 2 heurs dans notre chambre. Heureusement on a appelé la Police qui nous a donné raison. Petite arnaque opportuniste indigne d'un 5 étoiles (confort d'un 3 * réelement..) C'est vraiment minable, j'avais honte de mon pays d'origine ! |

i ilked the location in relation to everything really .... also the staff were outstanding in their attention to me at all requests .... , yes ... the room was cold ... and no heating at the end of october in krackow can be quite uncomfortable ,,, but a heater was brought to the room |

Our stay was a pleasure. Staff were friendly but not intrusive. Facilities were good. It had an old world feel about it with a calm and relaxing environment. The instructions regarding the pay TV channels were unclear. |

The staff were excellent and most attentive.Tthe breakfast buffet was outstanding and the dinner was delicious. The rose ice-cream was a dream. Just pack a bag and go you will love it. It has the old world charm & is a classy hotel, Both my son and I had small single rooms, adequate for a few nights but would have felt confined if stayed for longer, The bath is suitable for people of restrictive growth, but the shower is good. |

It is a charming, historic hotel which is spotlessly clean with beautiful decor and an very calm atmosphere. The staff are very helpful. A truly grand hotel indeed. Highly recommended. Nothing. I liked everything about it. |

Very grand setting. Helpful staff. Proximity to old town. Spacious room and bathroom. Good choice of food at breakfast. The magnetic key card reader on our door was defective. We had to have the key cards replaced four times in a three night stay (almost every time we tried to get into the room!). It was a long way back to reception to seek assistance and although the staff responded quickly they didn't seem to understand our frustration. |

The hotel is very well placed and is very comfortable. Your facilities are very good. Nevertheless I want to emphasize that the better of the hotel is your personnel: he is charming.
