Cracow’s Grand Hotel – pure luxury and possibly the city’s most beautiful hotel, is located in the heart of the Old Town, a mere 50 metres from the Main Square. Its history goes back to the 19th century, though the building or rather the set of buildings which it occupies, dates back to the Middle Ages.
Sumptuous architecture containing delectable stucco decoration, polychrome beams, restored fireplaces, paintings and antique furniture continue being the pride of the hotel. The hotel, enriched by state-of-the-art technical infrastructure, is now seen as belonging to the strict forefront in international hotel services.

Enjoy every Sunday afternoon starting at 4PM exclusive classic music concerts in the Mirror Hall of the Grand Hotel. Duration: approximately 1h30.

The Grand Hotel Restaurant is more than fin de siècle interior design. It is primarily exquisite cuisine, taken from the best of European tradition. The Vienna Café, far from the hustle and bustle of the modern city, offers the strains of a Strauss waltz. It is here that for awhile Guests may forget their everyday worries and dedicate themselves to the pleasures of the palate.
Café Bar Strauss contains the atmosphere of a sophisticated club, exquisite drinks and the world’s best brand cigars, local and foreign daily newspapers

In addition to being comfortably furnished the rooms contain unique interior design. Each room displays a variety of architectural detail and ornament, ideally matched to the period furniture and luxurious tapestries, always bringing to mind the times of the Duke and Duchess Czartoryski.

The hotel has been tastefully renovated and is well maintained and the staff are polite and helpful. The hotel lives up to its name.

In a hotel of this caliber I was surprised that there were no mattress protectors but sheets were laid directly on the mattresses. The bottom sheets were not fitted and the duvets too short

Wel kept, immaculate hotel with charming staff. Excellent breakfasts.

Although they advised that there was English tv, in fact it only appeared after l0.p.m. Not a great problem but a bit misleading.

i was very pleased with the portiers service. old gentelmen was very very nice and helpfull

there was no english channels in the tv, the aircondition wasnt working well there was very warm, there was no kettle so i couldnt make a tea and the prices of the mini bar were unreal compare to any place in Europe. the room itself wasnt good enought for 5 ster hotel. Generally I wont recomend this place to any of my friends as I am very disappointed. The reception desk service was poor.

lovely large rooms, quiet central location, very good breakfast

no tea/coffee in room, double bed requested was 2 single beds, tv looked very cheap and out of place (should be in cabinet or replaced with larger one)

beds were uncomfortable. Effectively no restaurant for lunch and dinner, I know that the service was offered but noone wants to eat alone in the bar. The restaurant remained set for breakfast all day.
