Ottima posizione, confort eccellente e staff molto cortese

Tutto ok ad eccezione che la camera era fredda. O meglio una temperatura non piacevolmente accogliente.

The hotel is a well located, well maintained historic building, retaining a wealth of attractive period features although modern facilities are provided as well. The staff were exceptionally polite, helpful and welcoming at all times, which made us feel very comfortable.

No tea or coffee making facilities and very few English speaking tv channells

Could not be better located for a visit to older parts of Krakow. Staff seemed hardworking and cheerful, particularly the doormen.

What was once considered "grand" is now faded glory. In particular, the finishes were the shabbiest by far of any we saw on a two-week trip in formerly Communist Europe. Our room was merely blah, but the carpets etc in the lobbies were threadbare. Because of the labyrinthine nature of the hotel (created by additions into adjacent buildings, two different elevators to reach our room), there might be danger in the event of fire, altho fire exits were marked so maybe fear is unwarranted.

The hotel was warm the staff very helpful and welcoming an ideal location. The room was very clean the bed was comfortabe and we received a free upgrade due to husbands fortieth birthday.

One day the breakfast bar was not topped up and was not a lot left an hour before it was due to finish Otherwise a wonderful stay Thank you

Enjoyed our trip and stay at the Grand Hotel very much. A wonderful suite

Although I know krakow well, and had an apartment which was sold recently, and for business and location I chose this hotel. The service and staff was friendly and efficient and did take care of all my needs. I will consider this hotel for my future visits.

I thought that the menu could be better improved, such as providing some light dishes for women, such as selection of salads. Also the buffet breakfast was ok, but the hot dishes could have been hotter. Most of the time it was cold. I did mention this to the front desk, and they did try to correct

If you like "french" breakfast Some room can be noisy, some room are really smaller (for the same price)

Staff was very helpful.

I did not enjoy that much at hotel due to old systems ( specially Internet) and building. Freshness what you get from 5 star hotels was missing. There was no life inside the hotel, no lobby everything quite.

Interiøret var flott , fint og større rom enn forventet , flott service fra personalet.
