フロントの対応が最悪でした。荷物を出発まで預けたのですが、その荷物を出すのに１５分くらい待たされました。列車の時刻があったので急いでくれと言ったのですが、全然対応してくれませんでした。 |

room upgrade poor english skills by staff and unwillingness to pursue requests. Staff very inflexible. Poor quality bathroom toiletries and towels. |

The ambience of the hotel and history. Location was great, very close to the main square. Breakfast was an extensive buffet. Our first room was on the street and rather noisy as it was opposite a bar / club but they changed us upon request. |

the location, it was in the center. And the hotel was very beautifull on the inside. als the staff was verry friendly and helpfull. I stayed for 7 days and this s my experience; 1. cleaning; the cleaninglady made the bed and gave clean towels but she didn't clean the bathroom or room. on the 6th day I tlod the reception about this and they cleand my whole room, but still it's a littlebit strange that you have to ask for it- while staying in one of the most expensive hotels in krakow. 2. |

This was our 3rd stay at the Grand,its like staying with family,polite staff, a good clean hotel. Nice quiet location. well recommended by Bob Taxi, our polish taxi driver and us. |
