Acest hotel luxos de 5 stele se află la numai 100 de metri de frumoasa piaţă Rynek Główny din centrul oraşului Cracovia. Veţi găsi aici camere elegante cu mobilier de epocă, televizor LCD, aer condiţionat şi acces gratuit la internet prin cablu. Hotelul are 2 restaurante elegante, Lustrzana şi Piano, cu specific polonez şi european. La Vienna Café, oaspeţii pot savura prăjituri proaspete. Toate camerele de la Hotelul Grand au un design clasic şi sunt bine luminate. Fiecare dintre ele are seif şi baie cu o cadă şi cu dotări complete. Oaspeţii se pot relaxa la saună sau pot face sport la centrul de fitness. Personalul de la recepţie este disponibil non-stop şi poate asigura servicii de transfer şi de curăţătorie chimică. Everything was great, especially breakfast, location and Hotel staff. I have no complaints about the Hotel itself, still I booked this Hotel by the Special offer: thus price was two times less than usual price. And I think that the 'normal' price is too high.

The staff were extremely helpful and were so helpful, they made our stay very pleasant. The suite we had on the first floor was excellent, very spacious and wonderful view of the marathon going past on the Sunday morning.The room and linen was clean and room service was excoellent, everything we requested was delivered promptly. The breakfast had a lot of choice and was nicely presented. Overall we loved this hotel, especially for its location near tp the square, it meant that we were ideally located for walking to the cafes, shops and restaurants for lunch and diner.

We really enjoyed our stay in Grand Hotel our room was nice and quiet just what we asked for, in a fantastic location.Breakfast was very good but very busy at the weekend.

The location of this hotel is perfect, 100 meters from the old town and the hotel staff is very friendly and they do their job professionally. Rooms are very quiet, large enough, equipped with the necessary luxury and very clean. I can recommend this hotel for business and family trips.

We were made feel very welcome. Staff were very friendly, helpful and professional..and organised all our transport for us during our stay. Our driver was more like private guide than just driver and looked after us Room was luxurious and very clean. Breakfast was excellent and a lot of choice. Excellent location..just two minute walk from main square of central Kracow. Design of hotel has the grand luxurious feel of a bye gone time, Definitly deserving of its five stars and we will be staying there again on our next trip to Kracow.

Outstanding personal friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Location made things I wanted to do so easy and straightforward. The room was lovely, too.

Very nice, clean and spacious rooms ...the decor and design throughout was very impressive....good selection and choice at breakfast...staff friendly and helpful and I felt was good value for what I received. I would be very happy to stay there again if I ever return to Krakow...also the location is central to everything although this has one drawback which I mention below. Not much the hotel can do about this, but if your room overlooks the street, you may find it a bit noisy until the early hours...it did not bother me too much as I was quite tired after the day and so I drifted off to sleep okay, but I did have to close my windows which may be a problem for people travelling during the warmer summer months. However we must remember the hotels fantastic location, so close to the town square so some noise is to be expected!

From the moment we entered the hotel we felt very welcomed and looked after. The staff were attentive and responded very quickly to requests. The hotel was in a prime location, 1 minutes walk from the main square, so close to good restarunts and bars without being in the main florry of noise and foot traffic.

The breakfast buffet also had something for everyone, from yogurts and fresh fruit, to dry cereal, to fresh fish, scrambled eggs, bacon and croissants. Plus all the water, juice, coffee and tea you want. If I have to complain, it would be that the double bed came with two twin comforters. My husband and I prefer to be under one blanket. They had plenty of blankets and pillows in the room. It was strange, however that they were separate like that.

With the exception of the location I liked everything about the Grand, especially its staff. The Location is good for the city, but our bedroom was opposite the entrance to a nightclub and we could hear the people coming and going. Had we been on the otherside of the hotel, it would have been a perferect choice of hotel.

Our stay in the Grand was fantastic . The staff were excellent very polite and helpful the hotel was amazing it has style and class much better then a modern day 5 star . Location was fantastic just a few steps from the old market square . We would highly recommend this hotel to any one wanting to visit the beautiful city of Krakow we certainly will be returning again to both the city and the hotel.

The hotel was warm the staff very helpful and welcoming an ideal location. The room was very clean the bed was comfortabe and we received a free upgrade due to husbands fortieth birthday. One day the breakfast bar was not topped up and was not a lot left an hour before it was due to finish Otherwise a wonderful stay Thank you

I enjoyed everything, the staff were excellent, the accommodation was great, the hotels style was fabulous, the location was excellent, I would recommend the hotel to anyone going to Krakow. I hope to come back again in the summer.

excellent location. very close to main square and all tourist sights within easy walking distance. we walked from main train station 15 mins. Also plenty of restaurants in vicinity , All staff very helpful throughout our stay. Organised tours from reception reasonable prices and efficient. Spacious rooms and liked the olde world style of interior decor and furnishings. Although 5 star status negligible. General air of past opulence, although now a little tired. However, found it all charming, as did not want to stay in modern "chain" establishment. Would definitely reccomend this hotel! Breakfast. Good selection of both hot /cold items. staff constantly replenishing buffet.

“Hotel Stary is underrated in every aspect, yes it's expensive but the hotel design, staff and service are worth everyone one of those 5 stars! The spa is relaxing and the resteraunt serves some of the best food I've ever tasted, with attentive and friendly staff. I would have no hesitation in recommending to friends and family. We stayed in the largest of the luxury apartments on the first floor, it is the one featured in the room description, and it certainly lives up to it's promise. Be aware that there are 4 luxury apartments and the one featured in the photographs is the largest, so if you wanted this room specifically you would be advised to request the 90sq metre room, although we were upgraded tor this room at no extra cost.
