Good location, not far from the train station and the city. But too far if you don't like to walk. Small clean room, had towels in the bathroom.
Thin walls, you can hear too much than you would like to. Very soft bed. Food from the fridge disappears (someone took our beer) so don't keep it for too long. Not very good check in hours. Also there was one day when the hot water was gone in the evening.
We have stayed here many times over the past few years and have never had a problem with anything. It's location is really peaceful and quiet inside and out. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Staff are always willing to help, we requested extra pillows and duvet, which was no trouble. They have a fridge and microwave for guests to use. Wifi is great and free of charge. The new restaurant just outside called "Amici" is fantastic, the food is wonderful and homemade. It opens at 9am each day, which was a great place to have coffee and breakfast. The portions are Hugh. If your looking for a place to stay, this is it and you won't be disappointed, can't wait to return
Very helpful and pleasant stuff! Convenient location - next to railway station, city center, shops. I liked my room, it was clean, tidy and nice, convenient bathroom. There is a kettle in the room and you also can use hostel's microwave oven, tea/coffee facilities.
No room service and thin walls.
Parking spaces, Fridge in the hallway Nice friendly helpful staff
10-15 min to the Main Street My room was long but narrow so a bit claustrophobic but if you request not to be allocated on the top floor/attic feel/ you will be ok
Nice house with beautiful garden and the room is ok
Ground floor rooms are very noisy because the reception is too close and audible
Very friendly and cooperative staff.
The hostel is located on one of the main roads leading to central Sopot and the beach, which means that a lot of heavy traffic (buses, trucks, motor bikes and cars) are passing outside all around the clock. Unfortunately this makes it more or less impossible to use the garden because of the noise and pollution. It is not a very nice road to walk with children going to the beach. There is no bakery or shop close to the hostel if you want to buy breakfast (no kitchen at the hostel).
Friendly stuff, no formalities during checkin
Bed creaked so I couldn't sleep, our room was next to reception so we could hear everything that people say and every phone ring as if it was in the room, no hot water in the last day of our stay in the morning
Great place to stay which is close to the town centre (approx 15 mins walk) and in a really nice part of the town. Most of the reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly. It's also close to the train station and there's a good cafe close by where you can get tasty, cheap eats. My room was comfortable and quaint and the price was very reasonable. I would come and stay here again.
There was some roof building work going on in the next building which started at 8am! Otherwise I can't fault it.
The staff was friendly and the hostel is not old, so everything worked ok, even the wifi. It is located not far from the railway station. As a budget hotel this is a good one.
Quite noisy with traffic outside and you hear lots of noises from inside the hostel, but quiet at night. Not too bad, but quite a walk to the pier, and there is not much in the way of restaurants around the hostel.
Really nice place, destination is very comfortable. Personal is very friendly and helpful. Anna, at the reception, speaks English, Polish and Rusian. Room was very spacious and light. only beds were too narrow, you have to be feet enough to sleep there.
Loved the staff and effort they put into their work. Quiet place, great location, all facilities you need. Will be back
Value for money..staff really devoted..clean rooms
we'll nothing..a little further away than maybe some places but ectually nothing worth mentioning..few more minutes but if not a walker like me...take a taxi..dirt cheap..
We have now stayed here around five times and it's always fantastic value for money. Only a few minutes walk from the centre of Sopot and the beach. It's such a quiet place to stay, not only inside the place but there is no noise from the outside. The rooms are very clean and tidy, good nights sleep in the beds with great bedding and pillows. Anna on reception is a wonderful girl who is always smiling. We arrived late with no money changed to buy dinner. She very kindly gave us 50 zloty from her own pocket, which we returned the next day. She really is a gem and makes your stay a happy one. Also there was a young gentleman on reception with a lovely small dog who was always welcoming and smiling. Take my word for it that this is a really lovely, warm, clean, friendly and wonderful place to stay. We look forward to our next stay in September. Thank you again to all that made our stay great. Have a fantastic summer
I was very satisfied with the room I got. The bed was really comfortable and the toilet was really clean and looked brand new. The staffs were very friendly too.
It was quite far from the beach and pier. Leisurely walking, i think it took me around 15-20 minutes to get to the beach and main street.
It is a small hostel located 10 minutes walk of the center. There is great restaurant near by - Bursztyn. You have 20% discount for breakfast.
Very comfortable, quiet and good location. Good value for money
Great place to stay, affordable, clean, calm, cozy... There is no breakfast here but in five minutes walking distance is a bar with fabulous breakfast for 2 Euros/person! Also available free car park.
Cannot remember... ;))
