Noise from the main street. Breakfast is not changing. Some old furniture not looked after. Room key-card was not working properly for a couple of evenings.

My room was a bit cold

I was always treated with the utmost care and respect; probably more than I deserved. Most of all, I was thrilled that when I requested a different room, I was given an upgrade at the same price as my reservation. This was truly going "above and beyond" and made my stay absolutely fantastic. During my 4 day stay I kept the room clean and only had room service clean the day I left (as a small token of compensation for giving me a nicer room). The breakfast was the best I'd ever had included in a hotel room rate. I was impressed with not only the variety and quality of food, but the absolute attentiveness of the staff who were friendly and not at all intrusive, but kept close tabs on how everyone was doing and had tables cleaned instantly when someone finished. The quality of the hotel building itself was impressive; I loved the classic atmosphere and the enormous space of the high-ceiling, stone and wood ornamented rooms.

Not a problem, but it would have been extra convenient to have an iron and ironing board in the room (instead of brought on request). But it was no problem once one was brought--which was much nicer service than I required. I would have even been happy carrying it back up to my room.

An excellent selection of dishes for breakfast. Central location. Easy to get to from the railway station by no. 13 bus. Friendly staff. The comfortable furniture and attractive fittings. Quiet.

My single room was fine apart from being rather cramped.

Lives up to it's name of 'Grand'! Grand old lady recently had a 'botox facelift' which has restored it's former glory!! Loved staying here, gave one a feeling of fin de siecle luxury, but at a remarkably reasonable price. Superb room and breakfast, helpful, friendly staff, free parking and internet, excellent location in city centre -- what else would one wish for? Highly recommended!

The need to pay quite a high charge to park in the dedicated parking spaces outside the hotel, although the staff explained and were helpful with the system for using the public parking. Also, although otherwiose the room was very well equipped, curiously there did not appear to be a safe in the room

Perfect location for visiting the old town. Friendly and helpful staff and superb breakfasts. Parking right outside the hotel was very easy.

The room size was a little small and it had no windows - only a skylight. However as this was known at time of booking it wasn't a surprise.

I lked everything about it. We went to Lublin for our son's wedding and it could not have been a more perfect choice. All the staff spoke excellent English,and the bar and waiting staff in particular were friendly, professional and took great care of us. The food was wonderful as was the location - only a two minute walk from the beautiful old town - and opposite a lovely tree-filled square with a fountain. We ate there every day and evening and enjoyed sitting outside on the terraces till late. The rooms and beds were comfortable, and included tea and coffee making facilities, a very reasonably priced and well-stocked mini fridge, free wifi and the spa and sauna were inclusive of the room price. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

The location was ideal for our needs as we were attending a friends wedding in a village 30 minutes away. The rooms were large in size with high ceilings, lovely soft furnishings and very comfortable (room 208). Large flat screen tv, trouser press, coffee making facilities, free wifi. If I had to add anything more to the room it would be iron and ironing board and a safe.

We had to fly into Warsaw which was a 3 hour drive away from Lublin - the only downside to the trip. However I understand there are plans for an airport closer to Lublin which would make it a great city and hotel for a long weekend from the uk

Th best place in Lublin. The spa, sauna and hammam was amazing. The room very charming. The staff like almost in all poland very professional.

It would be much more better if we had free wi fi connection in every room, 'cause many people make business trips like me or have to do their (home-)work like my daughter and we need internet

Beautiful! Lovely olde-worlde hotel in the grand old manner that is rare these days. Massive room, with every modern convenience, wonderful bathroom. Perfectly polished to perfection! All staff I interacted with were extremely attentive and all had more than adequate English.

Only criticism was breakfast quality, which reduces the otherwise 'excellent' rating. Breakfast was obviously prepared at 6:00am, and left to stew until consumed, perhaps my perception would have been better if I hadn't slept in, and rocked up for breakfast 3 hours after it was prepared!

Очень удачное местрорасположение. в 100 метрах от отеля начинается пешеходная зона, которая ведет к рыночной плоади. Красивое здание, все очень чисто и аккуратно. Имеется парковка.

Bardzo dobry hotel, świetna lokalizacja.

Beznadziejna kuchnia. Jeżeli w potrawie serwowanej przez kuchnię hotelową znajduje się nakrętka od butelki to jakakolwiek ocena jest nawet niemożliwa. Proponuję pobyt w hotelu ograniczyć do spania.
