Clean rooms with an interieur that bombs you back at least 50 years in time. The place must have been at that time the place to be. Lots of marble, gloss, etc. Extremely good & central location in the middle of Piotrowska street That said, a bit outdated compared to todays standard. Rooms are clean, but a bit worn and need a makeover. No fitness facility on site. |

Good rapport quality/price, excellent location, free Wi-Fi access. Superb full bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and esthetic room decor added to memories of an excellent stay Lack of a real business center facility. Old and beaten-up equipment in the business center booth. The booyh was too tiny, with no air to breathe. |

nice stuff not so much comfort, the beds were old and used, carpets in the rooms were very, very used, it was generally clean, but something strange. The hotel was only party renovated, But comparing the other hotels in this city this hotel was good and I would not risk to stay somewhere else. This city doesn't has hotels like in Warsaw, Wrocław, Gdańsk or other. |

I liked the character of the hotel. I was very impressed the decor. I stayed in the Centrum in Lodz before and the Grand Hotel is far superior. |

Bardzo sympatyczna obsługa oraz lokalizacja - ścislę centrum Łodzi. Od samego rana bardzo głośna obsługa sprzątająca, w hotelu dawno nie było remontu, mało sympatyczne wnętrza. |
