Grand Hotel Rzeszów

Great room design. In the heart of shops. Wonderful, helpful staff. Relaxing, luxurious manicure. Awesome public areas. Wonderful breakfast buffet and restaurant service.

The one elevator in the whole hotel was broken the last 2 days of our stay and we were on the second floor. My husband and I do not do stairs well. Also, one night there was a "function" going on (a dinner) in the common lobby area and we were stopped from walking down the walkway next to this common area to get to the elevator.

The music level from downstairs, the piano on the first night and the concert on the second was far too intrusive. I do not like my room being filled with noise. As a guest, I believe I have the right to peace and quiet in the privacy of my room. I would only recommend others if there was no music disturbing the guests.

Room cleanliness

Telephone line did not work properly for 5 days. Windows need opaque curtains (not a problem in winter, but will be in summer).

One of the best, if not the best hotel, I've stayed in over the last couple of years. The total design concept combining old and new, "de luxe" and casual, gives a real feeling of homecoming to this hotel. The rooms are very spacious, the price very reasonable, the dining options (brasserie style in the Vinoteca or upper class in teh resto), a wonderfully extensive breakfast buffet,...

The wine list at the Vinoteca was too short for a wine bar, but I'm sure this is only a matter of time before the cellar has been replenished with such a wide offer as the other services...

the hotel is very stylish without being pretentious.location is good with free parking for guests.free wired internet access was a real bonus.the hotel appears so new that the rooms feel like they have not been used before.

breakfast could be better.

It is a new hotel. Very clean rooms. The staff is friendly but their knowledge of English language wishes to be better.

No shades on widows in the room.it makes it not easy to sleep in the morning and limits the privacy of the guest.

We loved everything.

We upgraded our room to a studio which was very clean and comfortable and for the price very good value, and very spacious. The balcony looked over the main street which was similar to Covent Garden.

There was no room service and the restaurant did not seem to be running at full speed, however, staff tried their best.

Hotel is located in the historical part of Rzeszow close to the market square. Newly renowated hotel with modern facilities. Breakfast is good and staff is very courteous.

Access to parking place is rather complicated. Hotel entrance is hidden by the shields of neighboring cafe's

The location is just perfect. In the direct center of the town, near the old town old market. Im an architect and i really appreciate the interior design. Each small detail is designed! The hotel os brand new, so perfectly clean. The breakfast is fine. The staff is a bit unexpirienced, but very nice, willing to help and friendly, which is most important for me. I can definitely reccomend!

The parking lot is just in front of the entrance, which is fine, but still not guarded. The internet connection was not working in my room, the bathroom door is out of glass which can be not comfortable for some people... and there was no hair comb.
