The grand hotel is ulitmate in luxury hotel and is well worth the visit rooms were so plush and huge the hotel staff where so friendly and helpful the town has a lovely old centre but lots of work being done to the outskirts of old town to be more touristy as a very nice authentic polish town lots of places to eat and drink and very reasonble |

Location perfect, situated in the centre of town, with "costa coffee" inside the Hotel, next to a shopping arcade. Hotel is clean, very modern and trendy with staff that understand and speak perfect english & very helpful too. The room is really trendy, very clean, modern comfortable, very elegant and exceedingly good value for money; there is an excellent cuisine in the restaurant and the service beats many 5* hotels i have stayed in. i highly recommend anyone to stay at the Grand Hotel Rzeszów - its perfect hotel ! thank you 1 |

Nice room and badroom. Personel is kind, but hotel management is bad (see further). Yes! There was a wedding held in the patio of the hotel, where all rooms are linked to. The wedding was terribly noisy and the very loud music stopped at 03.00 am. We didnt sleep the entire night. I think it is an outrage that you pay so much money for such bad conditions. Bad hotel management in other words. And I saw that somebody else that stayed before in this hotel (see earlier booking.com responses) had given the same respons. So this is not an incident. |

Great breakfast, design was funtastic, very clean hotel right in the city centre. Would stay there again with pleasure. Instant service (extra towels or iron, anything at all in couple of minutes) Very small things.. Pillows were too hard, bed wasnt the most comfortable, after shower there was water everywhere in the bathroom (they need longer shower curtains). There wasnt enough room for clothes (stayed 5 days) |

Great room design. In the heart of shops. Wonderful, helpful staff. Relaxing, luxurious manicure. Awesome public areas. Wonderful breakfast buffet and restaurant service. The one elevator in the whole hotel was broken the last 2 days of our stay and we were on the second floor. My husband and I do not do stairs well. Also, one night there was a "function" going on (a dinner) in the common lobby area and we were stopped from walking down the walkway next to this common area to get to the elevator. |

The music level from downstairs, the piano on the first night and the concert on the second was far too intrusive. I do not like my room being filled with noise. As a guest, I believe I have the right to peace and quiet in the privacy of my room. I would only recommend others if there was no music disturbing the guests. |

The service was very good, the staff went out of their way to make the stay comfortable, the breakfast was very good and there was a good selection of food. the evening meal took over an hour to arrive from ordering, the portions were very small, would not recommend an evening meal. Upon complaining I was told there would be no charge for the entire meal and drinks which went along way to resolving the issue. |

I spend most of times in hotels, and the service level like this I had just a few times! They listen what you ask, they do anything you ask, fast with smile and pleasure. First time I stayed in hotel it was still not officially opened and breakfast started at 7.30 and I had to leave earlier. I have received brunch basket each morning enough for 2 people! Now they servi it from 6.30 ;) It is not in warsaw and a pity does not have any clones in the rest of Poland.... |

One of the best, if not the best hotel, I've stayed in over the last couple of years. The total design concept combining old and new, "de luxe" and casual, gives a real feeling of homecoming to this hotel. The rooms are very spacious, the price very reasonable, the dining options (brasserie style in the Vinoteca or upper class in teh resto), a wonderfully extensive breakfast buffet,... The wine list at the Vinoteca was too short for a wine bar, but I'm sure this is only a matter of time before the cellar has been replenished with such a wide offer as the other services... |
