Muy buena atencion del personal, equipamiento de la habitacion excelente, magnifico desayuno, situacion muy buena en el centro historico, aunque un poco escondido en una callecita lateral. El horario de restaurante para almuerzos y cenas, que no se adecua a los gustos espanoles, ni siquiera a los locales. Habitualmente en Polonia se abre a mediodia en horario continuado hasta las 23 o 24 horas, y este cerraba a mediodia, y por la noche a las 21,30h. |

Me ha gustado todo.La situación fantástica.El hotel tranquilo. El personal amable y el del comedor superatento.La habitación cuidada, confortable y limpia.El desayuno muy bueno porque tienes variedad de frío y caliente (que te lo hacen en el momento).Muy recomendable, sin duda volvería al mismo hotel. Deberían arreglar el garaje. |

Al llegar, uno se espanta, pues parece ruinoso, pero tan pronto se entra en el hotel ya brilla la amabilidad de su personal y la magnífica decoración e instalaciones. Absolutamente recomendable para persnas de una cierta edad que deseen visitar todo el centro de la ciudad con comodidad. |

Excelente situacion, a unos 3 min.a pie de la plaza central. Bonito y elegante diseño. Muy tranquilo. Personal muy amable. Buen desayuno. Habitaciones algo pequeñas, pero con todo lo necesario. |

Lovely old building with beautiful comfortable rooms. Perfectly located just 5 minutes walk from the main square. Friendly staff and good breakfast. Did not serve bar snacks. Not a massive problem but worth mentioning if you arrive hungry! |

Lovely historic building but with all modern amenities. So close to the old town. Great staff who were all very fluent in English and tried very hard to make everything go smoothly for our group. Amazing breakfast. Overall, very good value for money Bit of confusion regarding double beds and twins, but probably inevitable as we were a group with only one couple. The staff rectified the problem very quickly. |

It is elegant and classy without being overly fussy or ostentatious. It felt personal and welcoming - like staying with some rather grand but kindly relatives! Loved the way the archeological finds were incorporated in the decor of the dining room. |

My wife and our friends had a great stay at this hotel, very comfortable and the staff where very pleasing tio deal, woulod reccomend this group of hotels to anyone.The breakfast were out of this world I am sure the resturant would have been first class, but the menu never changed and unfortunatly the main diches were not to our liking,but we are not very adventurous with foreign food so this was not there fault |

The Hotel Grodek offers an exceptionally high standard of service, decor and comfort. Food is superb, rooms excellent and location perfect. Staff could not have been more helpful. The fact that it is not part of some large chain is also ideal - each room is individual and the hotel, overall, has a unique feel and identity. A wonderful hotel, especially for the price. |

The food was delicious, nice room and very nice and helpfull staff. We asked for a city map and best way to walk, and the reception guy explained us a nice tour to walk, also tours for Auschwitz/Birkenau can be booked for same prices as at agencies. |

Just off Sienna from the main Square and within easy walking distance of the railway station, this hotel has the ideal location of being central yet quiet. The hotel was a very comfortable and relaxing home from home where the staff couldn't do enough for you. |

Hotel Grodek is a beautiful elegantly furnished hotel. It is in a prime location - about 3 minutes from the central square, yet is quiet and secluded. The breakfast is excellent, both in choice and quality. Altogether thoroughly satisfactory. |
