The staff were quite friendly. One or two spoke quite good English, others didn't speak much. The rooms were clean, if rather basic. The breakfast buffet was fairly good with a range of food available. We didn't like the meal we had in the restaurant. The food was very "heavy" and the service (while friendly) wasn't great in other respects, E.G. they didn't explain that they no longer had the soup that we ordered.

The bathroom was clean. The hotel is in the forest so there is nice and fresh air outside. The staff was really polite and helpful. The breakfast was very good. The room is small, with 3 single beds, no design at all and really old. The standard of scoutcamp which made me even a bit nostalgic, only not for that price.

Super dojazd z Kielc po wyboudowaniu obwodnicy. Troche post-industrialny wyglad, wnetrze niezbyt okazale, drzwi do pokoi na klucz wz ciezkim breolokiem to dawno przezytek :)

Dobre śniadanie. Pokój był usytuowany nad kotłownią. Nie dało sie spać, ze względu na bardzo głosną pracę urządzeń w kotlowni.W Pokoju był nieprzyjemny zapach?! Obsługa mało operatywna, nie umiejaca sobie poradzić w takiej sytuacji. 150 m dalej jest piekny, nowy hotel z basenem I porównywalnymi cenami. Szkoda, ze wczesniej o tym nie wiedzielismy.

Pokoje w hotelu wyposażone w bardzo stare zniszczone meble, pokój który miał być dla niepalących, śmierdzący nikotyną, pokoje ogólnie bardzo nieprzyjemne. Hotel reklamowany jako posiadający wi-fi w pokojach, gdzie w rzeczywistości sieć bezprzewodowa działa w hotelu tylko w salce konferencyjnej oraz holu hotelowym. Reklamowany fitness to komórka w piwnicach hotelu...

Bardzo ładne otoczenie hotelu, zadbana zieleń. Komfort pokojów ok. Grube ściany, przez co pokoje są naprawdę ciche i spokojne. Śniadanie bardzo dobre. Personel pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Drugiego dnia wróciłam do pokoju, w którym drzwi były otwarte na oścież cały dzień, ponieważ pokojówka zapomniała ich zamknąć po sprzątaniu... Poza tym odmówiono mi room service, ponieważ rzekomo było dużo gości w restauracji. Gdzieniegdzie unosi się zapach staroci.

Останавливались на 1 ночь проездом по Польше. Находится в 5-7 км от города Кельце, в лесрчке в 100 м от трассы. Как показалось больше используется для конференций, банкетов и пр. Номер стандартный, мебель старенькая, но аккуратная. Есть ресторан. В номерах чисто, уютно. Wi-Fi в холле бесплатно.

Najbardziej podobała nam się kuchnia; bardzo smaczna i ładnie z pomysłem serwowane dania. Bardzo życzliwy i pomocny personel, możliwość pobytu z pieskiem. Krótkotrwałe pobyty grup zorganizowanych (wycieczek) wprowadzały lekki chaos szczególnie w pracę restauracji.
