Very good location.

Good value hotel

Poor mattress on bed.

The staff was very accommodating. Our requests and suggestions made at the time of room booking were addressed.

The standard of the rooms and especially the Internet access should be enriched and expanded.

Location - once we had found it! The Rough Guide to Poland has it marked incorrectly on the map! Secure car parking facility - we needed to leave the car whilst we travelled into Ukraine. Efficient and helpful staff, good breakfast and service

the bed was not very comfortable - the sheets and quilt were too small and moved in the night leaving us sleeping on the mattress. Also the quilt on the double bed was not big enough for 2 people so one of us ended up with the bedspread.

We were a group travelling around this area and found location convenient.

The carpet in our room was extremely dirty and smelly. We asked for a new room which was agreed but on our return the second night we were given same room.

I was impressed by the friendliness atmosphere, the staff readiness to help at all time. One area i will really recommend is the restaurant, the way the staff at both the bar and the kitchen attend to your request making you feel at home and to enjoy your meal. Not the least, the staff at reception were fantastic. Hoping to recommend the Hotel to friends and families. Thanks. Safo

Hotel pod wieloma względami - ok.

Wyzyskiwanie klientów w restauracji. Hotel oferuje śniadania I posiłki w swojej restauracji. Ich cena jest nieproporcjonalnie wielka w stosunku do jakości I wielkości podawanych potraw.

Sympatyczny personel, zawsze gotowy do pomocy.Piękny widok z okna pokoju, dobre położenie- wszędzie blisko.

Cena absolutnie nieadekwatna do standardu tego hotelu.Niski standard, bardzo wysoka cena.Parking dla gości płatny 25 złotych za dobę, kiedy abonament tygodniowy dla innych użytkowników wynosi 90 złotych.W łazience oprócz marnej jakości mydła w płynie, nie było innych kosmetyków.

Готель розташований у центрі міста поруч з місцевими пам'ятками архітектури. Дуже привітний персонал, в номері чисто. Є безкоштовний інтернет вай фай (правда в нашому номері сигнал був доволі слабким). До плюсів можна також віднести наявність автостоянки (під охороною) (правда доводиться доплачувати по 25 злотих на добу). Як нам сказали місцеві жителі, це один з найкращих (і найдорожчих) готелів міста.

Ми замовляли кімнату для осіб, що не палять, однак переіодично в номері відчувався запах диму (можливо палили в сусідньому номері чи в коридорі). В душовій кімнаті протікав стояк під раковиною (ледь - ледь, але кафельна підлога після миття рук була трохи мокрою), Звукоізоляція, як в більшості недорогих готелів, доволі погана - чули сусідів, які розмовляли в сусідній кімнаті.
