Hotel Accademia  

Everything, except floor carpet in our room. Restaurant is very good.

Carpet on the floor was old and not very clean, but we didnt mind very much.

Had trouble finding the Accademia because it is actually called Gromada. One of two lifts not working meaning a long wait or using the stairs. Rooms very worn and drab; carpet needs replacing. Not enough toilet paper.

I liked the 1937 feel of the place but that may not be everyone's taste.

The staff were not particularly friendly. Not rude - just a little unapproachable.

Low price, good location next to old town marker square. Big parking free of charge.

It's time to refresh this hotel. Old, used equipment. TV... no comment! Dirty carpets, smells as bad as it looks like. How this place got any stars? It looks worst than cheapest hostels. Internet, sometimes working , sometimes not. It's good only for a quick nap, definatly not for a long staying.

Room was large and clean. Hotel is situated near center of the town. Not far from ski lift. Breakfast was good.

Although room was large it was poorly furnished and decorated (this can be advantage for someone). According the description room had to have 1 double bed, in fact it had 2 single beds.

The hotel is located close to the city center, around 15 minutes walk. Pleasant and helpful hotel staff. I think it's a good hotel for fair price.

It was a bit noisy at night. In a room with double bed there was one very small blanket.

there was no hot water (only warmish) after midnight. Also, at breakfast eaten stuff was rarely replenished. No hair drier.

Not very comfortable beds. Some old towels, bed- and table-lining should be replaced already.

When I arrived I found sleeping man on couch in the hall and then unfriendly receptionist. I understand, that I came the deepest night, but 1.Its his work; 2.I had a reservation and inform they about late check- in. The room was very dirty everywhere with holey bed linen. I will not recomend this hotel to anybody. !It doesnt cost this money!

Very dirty romms, specially the rugs! Very unpolite and unhelpful staff! Elevators were inoperable! And so on and so on!!!!

The hotel's situation is at a very beautiful place,near the Szan river. We had a fine outlook to the other side of the town and to "our"sided Old town,too. The park was green with a lot of singing birds. The breakfast was enough,only the quality of coffee was not that what expected. The price is surprising low. We had a nice time there. Thanks!

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, rewelacyjna, przyjazna obsługa, dobre śniadania, nieodpłatny parking, dobrze działające wi-fi.

Hotel generalnie "zużyty" mam nadzieję, że zmiana właściciela wyjdzie mu na dobre. Brakuje takich drobiazgów jak suszarka do włosów w pokoju. Telewizory też już najwyższa pora wymienić, przynajmniej na takie, które gwarantują lepszy odbiór. Szkoda też, że chyba zmienił się szef kuchni, bo tak jak kiedyś były tam jedne z najlepszych steków w Polsce, tak teraz lepiej nie ryzykować zamówienia - reszta potraw ok

В отеле всегда есть свободные номера.

В городе есть отели расположенные ближе к центру. Попали под дождь и пока добежали от вокзала до отеля все промокли. Сушить в номере было негде. Полотенца для лица нет. Есть только одно полотенце для тела. В номере во время дождя из окна течет вода. Пастельное белье порванное. Шумоизоляция от соседних номеров плохая. Завтрак: растворимый кофе, йогурт и невкусный хлеб с маслом. Но цена как за неплохой отель во Вроцлаве.

Bardzo miła i kompetentna obsługa, zarówno w recepcji, restauracji i pokojowa. Cisza i spokój mimo lokalizacji w mieście. Czysto i świeżo.

Minimalne wyposażenie- brak czajnika w pokoju to duży minus. Tv- nie dostrojony odbiornik i lista dostępnych programów mniejsza niż ilość palców dłoni- bez komentarza.

Przestrzenny, ciepły pokój, przyjazny personel, dobra lokalizacja.

Za mały telewizor.

Нету, фена для сушки волос. Прохладная батарея в номере, регулятор не сильно исправил положение.

Nieszczelne , okna , brudna wykladzina w pokoju , zimno . System grzania zupelnie nie adekwatny do istniejacych warunkow pogodowych . Przy temperaturze zewnetrznej - 13 c oraz nieszczelnych oknach wyłacznie grzania na pól dnia zakrawa na kpinę .
