Situated near the airport

The only thing that we liked about the hotel was the prime location to the airport!

The staff were not the most friendliest we have meet. Booked a "business king size" room but they do not exist!! The room that we finally got was large, large bathroom but the bed was "sacky" and please please invest in some new pillows, they are awful!!! Breakfast was also poor. Will probably not stay there again. Recommend Warsaw is something we will do but not this hotel.

First of all location, not far from the airoport and very easy to go by bus from the airoport to the hotel. Then the rooms itself, quite big and clean. Good hotel for a business trip.

- Sometimes difficult to explain something in english, but anyway they try to help you.

The housekeeping were really helpful and friendly. The hotel is about half an hour from the old town with bus. Good breakfast :)

Reception were not really friendly. In some of the rooms the beds were horrible soft. It is a hotel from the 80's - the whole furnishment is from that time.

I stayed at the Gromada Airport Hotel only one night before my flight and everything was all right for me. There was a kettle, cups, filter tea and instant coffee and thus I could have my breakfast in the room. The Chopin Airport is 15-20 minutes easy walk from the hotel. If you look for a budget overnight stay before your outward flight this hotel is what you need.

The bathtub was old and did not look sanitary clean and it was equipped with inconvenient plastic curtain. But in general the bathroom and toilet were OK.

very bad first impression if you are tired after your trip you will not feel like staying in this place ...old bed ,old furnitures ,the room was dark and cold ,not very clean.I would not recommend it even for a one night stay .

older Hotel, relatively cheap, rooms are bare, good for max. 1 or 2 nights.

- Very helpful and polite staff - close to the airport (a 20 minut-slow-walk) - clean and comfortable room - although close to the airport, you can't hear the noise!

The bottom sheet was more little than the mattress. This is not profesional and doesn't worth the price.

Good service from reseption. Speak good english. My cats had a good time.

I could not open the windows because they go up so much that my cats will jump out. Nothing to stop window for being full open.

- location of the hotel - excellent access to the center (23min by bus) and to the airport (bus stops are right in front of the hotel) - good breakfast

- unprofessional stuff at the reception, not so much friendly and helpfull - crawled bed

The hotel is only 3 bus stops (bus 175, 4 zloti) from the airport, you can see it from the bus. Bus stop in front of the hotel and one day ticket for sell in the hotel 14 zloti.

Cant open window -noisy, location is next to the big boulevard to airport. No shampoo exc extras.

This hotel is much better than the average motels in the U.S. in its quality and service. Their service is prompt; the room is clean; the price is reasonable; the staff speak decent English. I would stay there if I go to Warsaw again. They have a nice small restaurant inside.
