L'albergo è molto comodo per brevi soggiorni a Varsavia in quanto reputo più conveniente la vicinanza all'aeroporto rispetto alla possibilità di utilizzarlo per visitare la città (l'autobus impiega una mezz'ora per raggiungere il centro storico e funziona 24 h su 24 ma è possibile trovare soluzioni più vicine al centro per importi ugualmente convenienti). Il ristorante è molto bello ma i piatti sono limitati alla cucina polacca. Se non si conosce bene l'inglese conviene portarsi un vocabolario. In compenso i dolci proposti sono superlativi. |

La vicinanza dell'aeroporto e la silenziosità della struttura nonostante la presenza di numerosi ospiti e la vicinanza della strada. Lo staff è risultato competente ed efficiente. |

Location and clinliness I asked three times, when making reservation , when checkind day ahead and when checking in for extra baby cot, I got it at 11.30 pm after I went to front desk. Somewhat an hour after I check in |

Helpful staff. Nice facilities. Website advertised an airport shuttle. However, shuttle operated unidirection (airport to hotel only). Misleading and disappointing. |

I liked the new remodeled bathroom and the excellent breakfast of many choices. The staff was good in English and were quick and always ready on time with it's services. The beds in my room were old and not comfortable, they need to be updated. The halls were somewhat older and need some updating. |

The breakfast was open already open at 6 am. I think the advertisment of the hotel was saying that there was a free shuttle bus to the airport but we paid for it. |

The room was pretty clean and fresh. I didn't like, that the staff couldn't find out the right situation about my payment for the room. So, I had to pay for the second time! |

The only time to use this hotel is as we did for an overnight stay near to the airport. The hotel is completly souless and totally impersonal. |

Nice, clean room for affordable price. Very close to the airport. Bar staff english language is poor. You can't get anything to eat at the night time. Restaurant doesn't work, other that works is far away. |

1- Reservation service provided by email. 2- very quick check in. 3- check out time 12am. There was no sauna or fitness centre regardless what the description of the hotel says as far as the receptionist was right. I found my room door complitely opened at my return in the late afternoon, i din't like it at all as i have my laptop and other valuable stuff inside. |

Czystość, miły personel i dobre śniadania. Brak podstawowych kosmetyków w łazience , w okolicy hotelu nie ma żadnych punktów usługowych, sklepów,itp. Zła organizacja obsługi parkingu. |

Miła atmosfera, doskonała kuchnia z polskimi smacznymi posiłkami. Uprzejma i sprawna obsługa hotelowa. Czysto. W moim pokoju nie było regulatora ciepła na kaloryferze (był zapsuty) co powodowało, że w pokoju było za gorąco (przynajmniej dla mnie). |
