the location we travelled with friends, their bad was awfull, their shower was broken and they had to change rooms. our room turned towards a building site and the noice was horrible. breakfast was poor, espacially the one they packed for us on departure and so was the service at the restaurant |

Location was great! We were not able to get non-smoking room, even if we ordered it in advance. Room was very hot. |

Big room, Internet included, good location, this time good mattresses. Good room service (ice). Wireless Internet access is not encrypted, variable quality of rooms (mattresses sometimes worn out), shower stall this time damaged, beds mainly singles. Quality lower than comparable North American hotels. |

L'accueil et les services à la réception. La musique à très haut volume au rez de chaussé la nuit du samedi jusqu'à deux heures du matin. La chambre est sous équipée (pas de minibar, ...) |

Literie moyennement confortable. Absence de volets ou de rideaux véritablement opaques. Réveil par le soleil à 4h00 du matin (c'est en effet l'heure du lever du soleil à Varsovie en cette saison). |

Ganska lätt att hitta tillbaka efter vandringar i stan. Mycket bra frukostbuffé. Oerhört mycket oväsen bl.a. i reception och bar (stora och högljudda grupper med amerikanska ungdomar). Illaluktande rum (tobaksrök). Vi hade glömt beställa rökfritt, men det hade säkert inte hjälpt för vi hade önskat separata sängar men fick grand lit. Verkade som om man inte brytt sig om att kolla vår beställning, t.ex. försökte man debitera ett 50 EURO högra pris än det vi fått bekräftat. |
