Location are perfect near bay Walking street(Novy swiat), price and breakfast good. Breakfast almost the same like Radison sas blue in Warsaw Rooms have to be referbushed.

The location of the hotel is very central, within walking distance of many major sites. The standard double room is sufficient in terms of size but the beds were very poor (they made a lot of noise such as squeeking). The rooms were also quite warm with no option of adjusting the heat. Did not mind that much considering it was end of December. Breakfast was served until 10 am and it was pretty good for the price. The elevator is slow. Its a good budget hotel that gives what it promises.

Location Bedroom was too hot as all radiators were without control and unhelpful reception staff didn't care. I booked a double and was given a twin with no effort on their part to change it or apologise. Hotel itself ok, staff really need to go on customs service course as all 3 reception staff I spoke to were curt and a tad abrasive to say the least!

Gromada is conveniently located. They have a problem with customer service. You tend to get a lot of 'no' when you make requests to reception. I booked a double but I have a twin, can I change room. Answer: no. The radiator is broken, can someone come and fix it. Answer: no. The wifi is not working on my computer, can you help. Answer: no. So, will I be going back. Answer: no.

The hotel is located in the center of Warsaw. From Airport F.Chopyn with Bus No.175 about for 30 min. Palace of Culture and Science,Stare miasto and Nowe miasto are very closer.At breakfast there is even watermelon!
