Good breakfast, excellent selection.

Floor was more comfortable to sleep on then the bed, bathroom has seen better days....but for the low price you can`t expect better.

I'm covered in bites so there was obviously bed bugs in my bed and the pillows and duvets stank of cigarettes

location is good. Breakfast is OK. We reserved an economy double room, but the room is much better than I have expected.

they only have one super slow elevator, but there are many rooms on each floor. so you need to be patient for the elevator.

WiFi was only accessible from corridor and new password needs to be requested daily.

The breakfast was very good. The room was well heated and comfortable.

The room service was mediocre, I couldn't order a couple sandwiches without going through 3 numbers, each pushing me to call another. The window blinds are terrible and don't help, you'll get up as early as sunrise. The room I got was next to the staff elevator, so was very noisy even at night.

The heating was on full and there was no way of adjusting it in any room. Staff were very unhelpful. It is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in (and I have stayed in a lot of hotels) across Central Europa and Ukraine.

Room soft furnishings - get rid of the bed covers & just leave the white duvets - + poor chair covers, curtains & carpets + old TVs. Require proper designated English channel(s) - not just a news loop

Excellent location and fair price, very good breakfest

Rooms look very old, beds small and very uncomfortable, carpet looks 50 years old so do not walk barefoot;) And wifi is a joke, it just does not work. I would not stay there anymore unless I really really had to.

Super location, a bit worn out but great looking still, pretty nice breakfast selection, friendly staff, very good price. In general it turned out to be a very nice surprise in many ways. Way more than we expected.

Shot-glass size juice glasses at breakfast hall were ridiculous, one receptionist couldn't understand pretty basic English even.

A person who carries luggage was very unpleasant and didn't have right to yell in any circumstance on me (I can't decide how many bags i'm leaving for few secs). And other prob, that is not hotel problem at all, but overall - When I arrive to Warsaw I have a taxi to the hotel for 30 Zloty, but other taxi, that was called from hotel reception, cost me 80 Zloty for same distance to airport...

One of the best hotel I've ever stayed: good breakfasts, excellent location near The Palace of science and culture, nice staff, free wifi free of change.
