It is extremely suitable for a good quality stay within easy reach of every part of Warsaw with good transport links on the doorstep. It is also very good value for money.

Excellent location, between the Old Town and the business centre. Free Wi Fi. Good breakfast.

Internet stopped workking and staff were not helpful to fixed it.

The Location was good, walking distance to Old Town and surrounded by many restaurants and few bars so no need to use the car during our stay.

The staff were very unfriendly. They only acknowledge you when you ask a question but the responses were always minimal and direct. While the Breakfast was good the food and Juice were constantly running empty and despite having 5 grumpy waitresses to attend the buffet nothing was replenished until we asked. The Internet is very bad in the rooms if it works at all and the Parking is expensive 15 euro per day but there is an open carpark across the road next to Karstadt that is 6.50 for 24 hours.

Hotel very hot, no ventilation in rooms

The location of the hotel is very central, within walking distance of many major sites. The standard double room is sufficient in terms of size but the beds were very poor (they made a lot of noise such as squeeking). The rooms were also quite warm with no option of adjusting the heat. Did not mind that much considering it was end of December. Breakfast was served until 10 am and it was pretty good for the price. The elevator is slow. Its a good budget hotel that gives what it promises.

Location

Bedroom was too hot as all radiators were without control and unhelpful reception staff didn't care. I booked a double and was given a twin with no effort on their part to change it or apologise. Hotel itself ok, staff really need to go on customs service course as all 3 reception staff I spoke to were curt and a tad abrasive to say the least!

It wasn't too modern or elegant, but clear, nice, and celative cheap.

Friendly recepionist's, baggage attendent. Very clean room, excellent bathroom. Central location.

The buffet, even if too Polish!

Nothing, except the elevetor was very slow.

The bed need to be changed. They are too old and soft.
