we did not like anything about this hotel kids playing on skateboards outside, the noise from our room was awful |

Staff tried to do the best to solve some problems they were not resposible Internet wireless was not working, parking was full, at 3a.m I woke up because the company of mobiles Plus was installing lots of stuffs in front of the hotel and doing lots of noise |

This hotel is right in the center of Zakopane on walking distance of the busstation. Quite at night. The people at the reception are very friendly and helpful and do speak English. We liked the buffet breakfast. It's an old hotel but the relation price / quality is good. Not recommend for people who look for luxury. |

resepsjonisten. Alt, dette er et 2 stjerners hotell som er GROVT overpriset. Nesten ingen gjester - ikke turister - det skal rives om 2 år, jeg anbefaler sterkt at dere tar dette ut av porteføljen - vi føler oss DIREKTE lurt. Takk for at jeg fikk uttrykke min ærlige mening. |

Miła obsługa, bardzo dobra lokalizacja - praktycznie na Krupówkach, niska cena Stary socjalistyczny hotel, zniszczony i niedzisiejszy, jeśli ktoś zakłada, że będzie tu tylko spał, to polecam. |
