lack of parking,.extra charges for it,poor water pressure in the bathroom,too noisy at night because of proximity to the next backpackers ' cheap hotel

Hotel is very well located next to Krupowki Street with helpful staff. We had very good breakfast. H

Could not be better located for everything in town. Sport bar next door if you want to get away from it all, but football.

I was there for a week so would have liked tea making facilities.

The Hotel needs re decorating is feels very old. But clean

The hotel is very central, near bus station, near restaurants, shops. Reception staff very courtious and helpful. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and good. one could have cappuccino, espresso and different types of teas, apart from a choice of juices, two hot items, and a variety of cold items. Very good value for money.

As our room was facing the main street, any shouting,singing coming from the street could be heard.

I enjoyed that the hotel staff was helpful. It was really value for the money and the breakfast gave you the feeling of freshly home-made. The location is right in the center of the town.

The hotel is not refurbished. Still it is very clean and the quotation was fair enough for everything we were offered.

The entire staff was great. Very willing to help us with any questions. Always cheerful. Great location.

The receptionist is very warm kind and helpful. Great location to the main street.

Shower room is dark and the shampoo looks old. Room was dim although it is clean. Internet accessible only in the lobby, but we thought it is free WIFI, but it is Orange connect, need to pay for the internet usage. No WIFI coverage in the room, we have to try to connect the WIFI from the main street with very slow speed. If there is no need for internet access, the hotel is okey. You pay what you get.

Great location with clean albeit small rooms. Plenty of choice and options for breakfast.

Use of sauna was a little expensive at 20 zl when compared with rate for room.

Miła obsługa, nie było problemów z przechowywaniem bagażu przed zakwaterowaniem i po wykwaterowaniu. Zakwaterowano nas 4 godziny przed czasem ponieważ pokój był wolny. Świetna lokalizacja!!! I to przede wszystkim. W przypadku wyjazdu bez nart, a tylko na zwiedzanie - polecam, można prawie wszędzie dotrzeć na piechotę.

Hotel trochę już przestarzały, klimat lekko jak na wczasach w PRLu. Prosto w okna świecił nam telebim, który rozświetlał trochę nasz pokój nawet pomimo zasłoniętych zasłon, na szczęście po północy się wyłączał. Hałas od Krupówek i pobliskiej restauracji SportCenter znośny, ale słyszalny.
