Swimming Pool,Spa,Location Only one staff spoke english and she wasnt in the reception everday. They also got the price wrong for the stay.

Zamykanie obiektu o 22 ej nie było takiej informacji na stronie nie wolno korzystać z windy po tej godzinie parking oddalony ok.200 M od budynku- obsługa parkingu opryskliwa. Dojście do głównego wejścia - od tyłu budynku mało przyjemne po ciemku. Gryf to obiekt sanatoryjny - tzw. Pokoje hotelowe powinny być w innym niezależnym kompleksie , a nie między pokojami sanatoryjnymi. Z posiłków nie korzystaliśmy. Z tego co wiem- na ponad 400 osób są 2 panie sprzątające. W kuchni pracuje 3- 5 osób. Zarządzanie tym ośrodkiem ( kghm ) jest nieudolne, podobnie jak w pokrewnym obiekcie w świeradowie Zdroju. Zatrudnijcie więcej personelu za godziwe wynagrodzenie , to może będzie lepiej!

Freundlicher Empfang. Eine Mitarbeiterin sprach etwas Deutsch. Unser Zimmer war klein, aber modern und sauber. Leider war nur der kleine Pool im Hause benutzbar, nicht das Bassin im Außenbereich. Neben dem Hotel ist ein bewachter und gebührenpflichtiger Parkplatz. Zu Fuß kann man vom Hotel durch einen Park in das Städtchen gehen.
