The room was clean, cheap, close to the center. The breakfast was OK, and the staff friendly. I had a very weak wireless connection |

About 15 min walk from the train station and 20-25 min walk to the Old Town. Nice, clean hotel from the inside. They were kind enough to let me use their computer to print out my online boarding pass. The hotel is in a very crappy location. Doesn't feel too safe to walk there alone at night, Rooms were not cleaned once during my 3 day stay. The bed was very uncomfortable - the mattress was too soft and kinda lumpy. |

We had rather large room, very comfortable and clean! Location is really good - close to bus and train stations and in a walking distatnce from old city center. Though outward appearance of the hotel is not so pleasant but inside one can find very good and friendly atmosphere. We would like to stay here again. |

The outside of the building is not promising, but the inside has been completely refurbished and the room was very comfortable. The location is not pretty, but is ideal for a budget option when exploring Gdansk; the old town is a short walk away, and its not far from the railway station. |

Extremely impolite and unfriendly staff. Poor buffet breakfast. / personale estremamente sgarbato e antipatico. Colazione piuttosto misera considrando che il costo non è compreso nel prezzo della camera. |

Nice rooms and interior, responsive staff. Close to city centre, even by foot. Some of the rooms are probably used both as smoking and non-smoking. First room we got was smelling tobacco, but receptionist showed us few rooms and one was fine. Also, dogs barking on the parking lot nearby during the night - better ask for rooms with windows on the front of the building. Really no elevator as per othe comments, but this was not the problem for us. |

Despite its location being adjacen to the tram line and a busy street, I enjoyed a very quiet stay at the hotel. The most troubling was thr lack of a lift, an elevator. At age 74, it was agonizing to carry two heavy bags up two flights of stairs. Also troubling was that there was no internet access in the room. I had to come down to the lobby area to use the internet. |

The only I liked was inside the hostel. Everything looked new and at least the room were more or less well equiped. It's not well located. The fachade is very ugly and look very old. The staff were not kindly, friendly and so on. Their behaviour was similar to a stone. Only one of them could solve any problem. |

Interior is fairly smart for grade of hotel and rooms are neutral. Desk staff helpful and polite. The hotel has no elevator & it was six flights of stairs to my room. Outside the hotel the lighting is very poor and the ground difficult to negotiate to reach the building. The location is bleak and quite forbidding at night, which may be a particlar issue with single female travellers in particular. Barking guard dogs at adjacent shipyard late at night. |

Although the location of the hotel was not in the best area it was about 12 minutes walk from the Old Town. The hotel staff were as helpful as they could be but there was some difficulty with the language. The hotel was very clean and in good decor. The breakfast was reasonable for euro 6 but the coffee could improve! It was also good to have Sky News The undersheet on the bed was very coarse and unconfortable as was the bed itself. The towels felt as if you were drying yourself with sandpaper! |

Just fine .. even with the small faults mentioned elsewhere .. Wasn't cleaned regularly (so no clean towels or fresh soap) .. heating stuck on full (room very hot) .. bit of a run-down area .. looks much worse from the oustide than it actually is inside .. |

good location, next to the solidarity monument and 10 mins walk from tourist central. Next to tram station. Staff are very friendly and rooms are more like 4 star, spotless and with a brand new feel. No bar or restaurant facilities, 10 minute walk for the nearest of either. |

Price and location right next to the railway station made it easy when arriving in Gdansk by train late at night. Traveling as a woman with a heavy suitcase, hotel with no elevator... |

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived very early and they let us check in before 12 even though the offical time for check in was 3! The room was comfortable and big and had everything we needed. The hotel did not look good at all from the outside but the inside was a complete surprise, really nice! Good value for money! Great location! The hotel hasn't been open for very long and it seems like things may have been done in a bit of a hurry, on our last day we couldn't use the sink as it was leaking water really badly! |

The rooms were spacious and comfortable.Only a short walk to the old town.Great value for money. There is no bar. From outside the hotel looked awful but we were very pleasantly surprised once inside. The towels were of poor quality and not changed but we were only there for 2 nights so not a big problem. |
