Camere indipendenti con sala colazioni tipo ostello posizione fantastica per visitare la città, personale sempre disponibile a risolvere I tutti I problemi, ottimo prezzo.

Ottima posizione, personale gentile e disponibile, camere spaziose e silenziose (nonostante avessi letto del tram che non fa dormire: non è vero!!!), lo consiglio vivamente.

Unica pecca: la colazione è molto base, anche se ci sono 4 menu tra cui scegliere e tutto sommato non è poi così male...

Ottimo rapporto qualità e prezzo. Ottima ospitalità e pulizia. Vicino al centro!. In camera avevamo una bellissima stube che ci riscaldava! Bello!

Generally the room was good with a clean and good functioning bath room. The location was very good and the car could be parked locally for €12 per night. Krakow (Crocow) is a really nice and young city and really worth a visit.

The breakfast was none personal as nobody was there to offer coffee etc. It would be nice to be greeted with a good morning etc.

Nice spacious room in very beautiful old house with at home-feeling. Very close to the old town, just 5-10 minutes walk to the main square. Breakfast in the kitchen, with fridge and stove, where you can cook your own dinner if you like. You get your own set of keys so you can access both room and kitchen as you like.

Ordinary old-fashioned appartement-doors means you don't get sound- privacy. But the doors are really beautiful... Questionable firesafety with locked doors in the corridor which means you need your set of keys to get out through both the room-door and then the corridor-door.

The hotel is excellent value for the money. The staff is very proffessional and helpful. Rooms are clean and secure. They prepare also breakfast for you at the time of your choice. You also have an option of four different breakfasts. The best is the location just steps away from Krakow Barbakan,which leads to the old city sightseeing.

Hotel perfectly located close to main square and tram links. No frills hotel, excellent value for money, very helpful staff.

отель удобно расположен, до входа в старый город 2 минуты пешком, с противоположной стороны от холма с замком, примерно в 3-х минутах ходьбы имеется платная круглосуточная стоянка, на которую для гостей отеля дают скидку 10%

нельзя назвать это недостатком, но при бронировании обратите внимание, что в отель надо заселится до 20 ч, возможно что можно договориться и о прибытие в более позднее время, но мы не проверяли

Die Lage zum Stadtzentrum - alles war ideal zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer entsprach leider nicht unseren Erwartungen, unter den Bettlaken war es dreckig. Und von einem, wie vorher angekündigten, reichhaltigen und abwechslungsreichen Frühstück war nichts zu spüren - jeder hatte einen Teller stehen mit jeweils 2 Scheiben Käse und Wurst, 1 Stück Butter - und das an allen 3 Tagen gleich. Daher bewerten wir das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis auch so schlecht. Da das Hotel sich in einer ehemaligen Wohnung befindet, sind alle Zimmer sehr hellhörig, Türen sind zum Teil mit Glaseinfassung - kaum Privatsphäre (wenn im Flur nachts das Licht angeht, wird es auch im Zimmer hell!).

Bardzo sympatyczny, kompetentny I sprawny personel. Dobre śniadania. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja (kilkaset metrów od dworca Kraków Główny I równie blisko do Rynku Starego Miasta). Wyposażenie pokoju - bez zarzutu.

Wir fanden es super nett, dass der junge Mann an der Rezeption auf uns gewartet hat, obwohl unser Flug fast 4 Stunden Verspätung hatte und wir erst kurz nach 23 Uhr ankamen. Es hat uns auch gafallen, dass wir aus 4 Frühstücksvarianten auswählen konnten. Die Lage ist perfekt, die Zimmer sind in hellen Farben gehalten und sehr sauber.

Wir waren etwas überrascht, dass während unseres Aufenthalts von Samstag bis Dienstag das Zimmer nie gerichtet wurde
