The hotel is modern clean and beautiful. The staff could not be more pleasant and helpful. The room was complemented with heated bathroom floors, great bed and pillows. Superb coffee and tea making in your room

Really spacious rooms, decorated with a lot of style, nespresso machine :-D, beautiful bathroom with marble tiles looks incredible, very friendly employees, excellent location near lots of cafes in Srodmiescie, yummy breakfast, restaurant signature serves also great food!

Unbelievable, All the staff went out of their way to look after us in every way. We were upgraded to a huge suite with a fabulous desert delivered to our room. When you come to Warsaw you must stay here.

The apartment was amazing. I couldn't believe the value for money. We're due back in October and we'll definitley be booking to stay here again. I would recommend these apartments to anyone. It's a must stay while in Warsaw.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. However, they could possibly do with a microwave in the apartment.

We were delighted with our apartment. It was HUGE! Very clean, looked very new and fresh, tastefully designed with great products in the shower room. The kitchenette was great. We would return to this hotel in the future.

There is no gym, the facilities are pretty limited. Choice of food in the restaurant is also limited. It was a shame that they don't provide a microwave in each apartment...seems sensible to do so. The management should consider it seriously.

Pokoje byly niesamowite. Nawet nie wyobrazalam sobie ze w centrum Warszawy mozna stworzyc hotel ktory hotelu nie przypomina. Cichy spokojny mozna powiedziec intymny. Wystroj pokoi rowniez bardzo sie podobal szczegolnie moim rodzicom.

Nie ma karteczek do not disturb albo prosze sprzatnac pokoj.

I liked everything. Probably the best hotel where I've been.

Big spacious room of excellent design with a seperate bedroom, for about $100 a night, not far from city centre - couldn't think that could ever exist.

Perfect location, very good value for money, all good!

Just a very minor point: the soaps and shampoo's (no conditioner) are to cheap in relation to all other excellent poins of the hotel.

A really spacious flat -- yes, this is not a hotel, but apartments. Two bathrooms... mini-kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine. Everything is excellent.

I liked it because it was very modern, and had been given a lot of thought for guests comfort. The staff couldn't have been more helpful, I would gladly stay there again.

We checked-in around 8 a.m., well in advance related to the price policy. Despite this we didn't find any problem, indeed, there were no rooms available, so they upgraded us the stay to a luxury / prestige suite apartment. The room was huge. A spacious hall, a incredible living room with a long sofa, armchair, large table and a spacious kitchen. The furniture and design were classy and modern. The room was very comfortable, with full glass directly on the beautiful courtyard. The white marble bathroom was very spacious, while the glass shower has a double entrance, it is connected both to the bathroom to the bedroom. Needless to say that the apartment was well equipped with every detail and option (free wi-fi included).

Due to the glass-door, the light of the shower and the light of the bathroom "invade" the bedroom. During the night it might be annoying.

The hotel was very new and looked incredible. You couldn't ask for a nicer room. It included a couch, flat screen TV (with internet and remote keyboard), kitchen space with free tea and coffee, large bed as well as a fantastic shower. It just looked so nice. Breakfast could be ordered to the room at a reasonable price and tasted great. I really enjoyed staying here, it was a great space and one of the highlights of the trip.
