The quiet location and the superb view of the mountains - possibly best view from a hotel in Zakopane. Also proximity to rail and bus station. Very good and reasonably priced restaurant which, I understand ,is run independently. Breakfast was rather limited with no fresh fruit at all. |

It was centrally situated, convenient for bus and train stations and the centre of town. A major disadvantage was no lift, having to carry luggage up several flights of stairs. The beds were short and narrow, sheets too small, mattresses very lumpy and uncomfortable. |

A mid-range good value hotel within easy walking distance of main drag and of transport (trains, coaches, mini-buses). staff fantastically helpful re. arranging trip out, etc. Certainly good value for a Zakopane hotel. Not a problem for us but there's no lift. It was no problem for us to go to top floor (3rd) and the views were well worth the easy climb up wide, shallow stairs. |

The staff was super; breakfast was superior. Great location. Comforatble and quiet. Recommended. In-room internet access was difficult at times; no air conditioning. No elevator (lift) so prefer the lower floors. All minor problems; nothing major. |

The Hotel is in an ideal location within one of the most popular mountain resort in Poland. Close to the town centre and the Railway and Bus station yet set witin a Park so it is very quiet at night. Fantastic views of the nearby mountains and within easy walking distance of a funicular railway that takes you to an even better view point. Good choice buffet breakfast was included in the price of the room. |

The view from the window is very nice and the situation of the Hotel The breakfast; 1st day was really good, with a big choice; 2nd day less, 3rd less than 2nd... every day decreased more and more, being the leftovers of the days before, till the last day that was really poor & depressing, 3 slices of ham, old tomato, just a bit of butter, old bread, old cereals, yogurts out of date... |

Near to the bus station , main street , Ski station, ice rink. Actually the location is perfect! The hotel is not that modern , small bathroom , twim beds together instead double bed, no frigo bar ( only water) and the breakfast could be better with some cakes , sweet pastry. |
