C'est un hôtel de charme situé dans un endroit très calme, la chambre avec terrasse était très confortable et le parking était gratuit, la décoration et le mobilier étaient très bien. Le petit déjeuner était copieux. L'hôtel est difficile d'accès actuellement à cause des travaux dans certaines rues, par contre de nombreux panneaux indiquent bien comment accéder à l'hôtel. |

Hôtel de charme (en chambre "luxe"), décoration et mobilier super. Petit déjeuner très classe. Endroit très calme avec terrasse, parking, ... Le gps et les panneaux indiquants l'hôtel vous font prendre la rue en sens unique! Le personnel ne semble pas s'émouvoir de ces difficultés pour atteindre l'hôtel. Réveillés par le claquement de la porte d'entrée! |

Das Hotel hat Flair, die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles in allem sehr schön. Es ist sehr schwer das Hotel zu finden. Die Ausschilderung sollte unbedingt verbessert werden. |

Het hotel ziet er fraai uit en is mooi gelegen op een heuveltje. De kamers zijn goed en geven uitzicht op de bergen. Het personeel, is heel voorkomend. Prettig was het aanbieden van massage (geweldige masseuse). De prijzen van het restaurant waren een tikkeltje aan de hoge kant in vergelijking met wat in Polen gebruikelijk is. |

Rustig gelegen, helemaal centraal in het mooie Szklarska Poreba, wat op zich het hart van de Karkonosze is. Goede voorzieningen, behulpzaam personeel, mooie en nette kamers. Heel goede prijs / kwaliteitverhouding. Moeilijk bereikbaar per auto, slecht aangeduid. Het ontbrak ook aan "zin voor dat kleine detail dat het verschil maakt tussen goed en zeer goed". |

Wir haben im Hotel zu Abend gegessen und die Speisen waren ausgeprochen gut sowie auch der Service. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr lecker, abwechslungsreich und reichlich. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden!! Alles ist sehr gepflegt, auch die Außenanlagen sind wunderbar. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommen, höflich und hilfsbereit. Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen gern wieder!!! |

Het hotel ligt op een enorm leuke plek. Mooi uitzicht, mooie kamer, goed personeel, heerlijk ontbijt. Avondeten binnen half pension is gewoontjes, vanaf de kaart is het heerlijk. Wij gaan zeker terug |

Das sehr nette und zuvorkommende und überaus hilfsbereite Personal. Die sehr schönen Zimmer. Das gute Essen. Der Skiaufbewahrunsraum ist unbeheizt. Dadurch morgens kalte Skistiefel. (sehr unangenehm) |

Das Hotel liegt oberhalb des Ortes und wird deshalb von der Abluft der Kamine in Schreiberhau nicht so beeinflußt. Die Loipen sind wunderschön, wir konnten sie nur wegen des Nebels kaum nutzen. Das Haus und der Ort sollten in Deutschland mehr beworben werden. Der Weg von Berlin beträgt nur 4,5 Stunden. Die Physiotherapie ist super. Der Weg zum Hotel ist ohne Navigationsgerät nicht zu finden, da Wegweisungen nur in polnisch zur Verfügung stehen und auch nur mit Straßennamen. Der Name des Hotels ist nicht einprägsam. |
