This hotel was perfect for my short stay in Rzeszow, the rooms were very clean and the towels and my bed were changed every day,the staff were excellent and so helpful helping me to find times of buses and trains, the food was super and the breakfasts were what would expect to find in a polish hotel i will definatley be using the Hetman again a excellently priced hotel 5 stars!!!!! |

Hotel hospitality is good.staff is friendly and helpfull we had a bed and breakfat option in hotel . But what i realised ,avery day you having same thing not much choice on breakfat |

The staff were pleasant and efficient,their total standard was very high,,and I cannot speak highly enough of them..They were all most proffesional. I would have liked to have had tea making facilites in the room, but the restaurant staff were very helpful in this matter |

Buona l'accoglienza la disponibilita' e la prima colazione. Buona la sistemazione in camera e altrettanto buona la pulizia generale. Tra i migliori hotel della Polonia dove ho soggiornato, di pari categoria. Da sottolineare l'opportunità del collegamento internet wi-fi, gratuito. |

Prima ontvangst meteen bij aankomst! Receptioniste sprak prima Engels en ook personeel in het restaurant kon ook met Engels goed uit de voeten. Het hotel ligt op loopafstand van het centrum, heel prettig. |

Bradzo duza zmiana na plus, jestem po raz drugi po dluzszej nie obecnosci z powodu niskiego wtedy poziomu uslug i jestem bardzo pozytywnie zaskoczony. Zmiana personelu i wyposazenia zdecydowanie na plus. No przy takiej cenie mozna pokusic sie o troche lepsze sniadanie ... . |
