Staff were so helpful and had very good english. Close to town. Was quiet and relaxed and very enjoyable, would definityle return.

dark hallways to room. Lighting was fairly dim but just personal to me as i like really bright areas

We all like the location of htl Mercure. Quiet and in a walking distance to Gdansk gourmet restaurants and culture.

Some problems with the language of your staff. It could be a better room with chairs for meeting instead of the sofa.

Location near train station and good views from room

Reception refused to connect long distance telephone call from my wife without her having the room number in advance. She tried a call the next day they put the call on call back and then tried to charge me for using the call back to contact my wife.

The emergency exit doors were locked. When we mentioned this to the receptionist, she said the doors would be opened in an emergency. (????) The next morning the doors were still locked!!!! We hope, they will never have an emergency. There was no way to walk down the stairs to the ground floor. We had to use the lift for the final leg.

Good breakfast, good location.

The ease of getting there - the airport bus dropped us outside and picked us up from the front door. It's only a 15 minute stroll into the centre of town. It's only 5 minutes from the train station. Breakfasts were good with a choice of cooked or continental with fruit and cereal and no limit as to the amount you could eat

Only English speaking channels on the tv were bbc World News and cnn. - ok if you want to be kept up with what's hapening in the world but not exactly easy viewing. Channel 12 was a film channel with Polish sub titles but thefilms shown weren't really worthy of note

Hotel is very clean, nice design, friendly personal. Location is good.

Breakfast is too expensive, but they have a lot of different restaurants and cafe around.

The Hotel staff was excellent and extremely helpful & caring. The facilities were great and the morning breakfast was one to look forward to.

Sitting in breakfast restaurant is like sitting at a conference room! Could do much better with the interior since it look more designing at the hall and the bar!
