2 ascensori su 4 fuori uso (ero al 17° piao), finestre che fischiavano on modo molto fastidioso per gli spifferi dovuti al vento, hall dell'hotel trasformata in cantiere

Ho apprezzato la struttura moderna, la posizione centrale, vicina alla stazione ed al centro di Danzica, entrambi raggiungibili a piedi, la correttezza del personale e la circostanza che è stato sufficiente fornire i documenti e le generalità soltanto di una delle due persone occupanti la camera doppia.

Il prezzo della stanza singola è uguale a quello della doppia; di conseguenza il rapporto qualità prezzo dell'hotel risulta conveniente per due persone, ma quando si viaggia da soli oppure quando vi è la necessità di utilizzare soltanto stanze singole non risulta molto conveniente ed, in particolare, ho trovato un hotel in Danzica che, pur avendo tre stelle, per una stanza singola richiedeva la...

Great value for money. The hotel was in a very central position within reach of shops, railway station, trams and bus terminal. The room on the 15th floor was first class.

Very good hotel. Close to the old town and shopping senter. Clean rooms. Good service. I ask for late check out and it was no problem.

Our room on the 5th floor was clean, dark and quiet, despite guests on either side. Staff could not have been more helpful. Very easy access from the railway station and the No. 210 bus from the airport. Lovely view over the city.

Our room on the 13th floor was very noisy from the people on the 14th floor, which is a smooking area, not covered in carpet. Only one teabag per room, but additional items were provided immediately on request. If you don't like powdered milk, take some small cartons of sterilised milk.

Very modern and clean hotel. Very good breakfast. Everything was like mentioned. Location is calm. Helpful staff. Try to book room towards old town. Very nice view.

Our first room wasn't with double bed, like we ordered. But the change was easy, so it was not big deal. Cleaners was also little too eager. They come in 9 am as we were still sleeping. Minor details.

The hotel is quite modern and offers everything you need. Staff was always helpful.

My advice would be - to place in rooms instuctions on how to use alarm on tv or buy alarm cloks.

Friendly and professional staff. Very good location in the centre of Gdansk. Clean and nicely decorated rooms.

The room could've been bigger for a 4-star hotel. But still it was fine.
